Before Vergil knew it, ten minutes had passed since he began copying Yuna's notes. Once he finished, he passed them back with a satisfied smile.
The classroom was louder than ever with chatter:
"I didn't understand much of Caelum's teaching," A boy nearby groaned.
"Same here. It was all a bit overwhelming," a girl replied as she made the final notes.
"I can share my notes once class finishes." Another student offered. "Make sure to give them back once you're done."
"Thanks."
Suddenly, the air shifted.
An abrupt yet invisible weight pressed down on the classroom. Not enough to crush them, but far from gentle.
Everyone felt it, and they all closed their mouths.
Dammit, it's another scary teacher like Caelum.
The steady sound of heels clicking against polished marble. Each step landed with deliberate weight that was neither rushed nor hesitant. It was a walk that didn't demand attention, yet commanded it all the same.
Everyone's head turned as the figure stepped inside.
