"Moon-fall, Alpha's mate!"
She lifted her face and saw Mrs. Thompson smiling at her. She tried to force a smile, but she couldn't return her smile.
"What is bothering you?" She asked, moving closer to her.
"Nothing," she replied with a flat tone that clearly showed she was bothered.
"It's a few minutes past nine already and I think you should be with your mate. He has the solution to whatever is troubling your mind," she grinned.
"We slept together last moon-fall and I think he…. needs some break," she whimpered, standing up from the chair. Mrs. Thompson burst into laughter.
"Alpha's mate, you don't even know how to lie."
"Fine! I'm bothered and I need to think."
"What you need this moon-fall is a good dose of a feel-good chemical. You are not happy at all. Go to him, he will make you happy."
