As his beloved woman became increasingly sulky because he had to leave the apartment tomorrow, he couldn't bear to end the date so early. Heavy sighs continued to escape his lips. If only he had told her the news sooner, would Ellen not be so sulky?
As the night air grew colder, he didn't want to let his woman stargaze on the balcony for too long. He spontaneously took her tiny hand and led her back into his apartment, closing the balcony door behind him.
The woman's expression remained gloomy. He was still trying to figure out how to get her to smile happily again, as usual. His strong arms embraced her slender body lovingly, pressing his lips to her forehead.
"Don't be sad, Ellen. If you're sad, I'll be sad too."
Ellen let out several weak breaths. "I won't be sad anymore. I do like it this way sometimes."
"Besides, we'll be seeing each other every day at the office. You'll probably get bored of me too."
