He was looking at Desther with a radiant and friendly smile on his face.
Desther was actually not unfamiliar with him.

The man in the center was Arthur Maquil, known to have awakened a B-Grade Talent, just like Lexie. It was also rumored that the talent he awakened was extremely suitable for combat, making him a good candidate or seedling to nurture in the school, much like Lexie and Victor.
"I apologize for what my friend just said; I'm sure he did not mean it." Arthur patted the student on his right with a smile.
The student could only nod his head, not wanting to get on Arthur's bad side.
