The campus is divided into hostels and academic blocks.
Hostel Layout:
∙ 7 houses total: 4 on the hill, 3 in the valley
∙ Each house has 2 floors (upstairs and downstairs)

∙ Prefect room (a separate, smaller room but still part of the hostel)

Class System:
Westfield Academy operates on a 6-class system (Class 0 through Class 5):
∙ Class 0-2: Students are randomly assigned to arms (A, B, C, and D)
∙ Class 3-4:
∙ A and B: Science students
∙ C: Social Science students
∙ D: Humanities and Arts students
∙ Class 5 (Final year):
∙ A: Engineering
∙ B: Medicine
∙ C: Social Science (retained from Class 3-4)

Hostel Hierarchy & Roles:
∙ House Prefect (HP): Senior student in charge of managing and controlling the entire hostel
∙ Assistant House Prefect: Supports the House Prefect in managing the hostel
∙ Senior: Term used by junior students to address older students
∙ Hierarchy: Social ranking system within hostels based on respect and/or strength. Students earn their position through reputation, fighting ability, or both.
School Culture & Terms:
∙ Pressed: Slang for urgently needing to use the toilet
∙ Bed Inspection: Hostel rule requiring beds to be properly arranged before leaving in the morning; failure results in punishment
∙ Labour/Portions: Hostel cleaning duties assigned to students
∙ Gisting: Slang term for chatting/talking (casual conversation)
∙ School Father/School Son: Informal mentorship system where a senior (school father) takes a junior (school son) under their protection. Based on mutual benefit - the senior provides protection and guidance while the junior may provide provisions, support, or loyalty. Can be transactional or develop into genuine close bonds.
∙ Roasting/Teasing Culture: School-wide tradition of verbal teasing and banter. Ways to escape being roasted: being widely respected, being stronger than the teasers, not being too close with them, or being a skilled teaser yourself.
Character Cast:
Main Characters:
∙ Liam - Class 4A student (19 years old) who has regressed from two years after graduation. Known for his hidden strength and calm demeanor. Speculated to be one of the strongest in Ashford House and possibly top 20 (now top 10 after defeating Franklyn) in Class 4, though he rarely fights. Serves as an unofficial assistant to the House Prefect. Part of the deadly "teaser crew" with Lucas, Edwin, and Noah. Also writes novels that classmates pay to read (with food or money). Genius at football but rarely plays casually.
Hostel Leadership:
∙ Joseph - House Prefect of Ashford Hostel; primarily manages the upstairs apartments
∙ Isaac - Assistant House Prefect of Ashford Hostel; primarily manages the downstairs apartments
Liam's Close Friends (The Teaser Crew):
∙ Edwin - One of Liam's oldest friends; same class and hostel since Class 0. Known for being particularly greedy when it comes to food. Part of the deadly teaser crew.
∙ Noah - Close friend since Class 0, now in Silverwood House. Known fighter with an aggressive nature, respected and feared by many. Often compared to Liam in terms of strength. Part of the deadly teaser crew.
∙ Lucas - Liam's Class 4 classmate in Ashford House. Part of the deadly teaser crew with complementary roasting styles. Skilled football player who plays defense.
∙ Randy - Liam's Class 4 classmate in Ashford House (moved from downstairs to upstairs after Class 4). Naive and gullible soul who blindly trusts and looks up to Liam, always seeking his validation. Becomes Liam's main confidant and "alibi" - the only person Liam shares most secrets with. Their friendship formed when Liam gave him advice during a low point in Randy's life.
Other Notable Students:
∙ Franklyn - Strongest Class 4 student in Vale House and highly respected. Easily considered top 10 in all of Class 4. Recently lost a fight to Liam.
∙ Oliver Mason - Class 0 student (16 years old) with platinum hair. In the original timeline, he became Liam's school son when he reached Class 1 and Liam was Class 5. Their relationship grew far beyond the typical school father/son dynamic, with Mason falling in love with Liam (though Liam locked away his emotions and never acknowledged his own feelings). Currently has no memories of their future together, but will slowly regain them over 6 months to a year due to Liam's request to the god. Already experiencing dreams and constant thoughts about Liam.
∙ Dylan - Liam's Class 4 classmate. Fellow novel writer (more experienced but less commercially savvy than Liam - people read his novels for free while Liam's cost money/food). Known for lack of composure and being the "concept of anti-composure." Potentially upper echelon in strength but not particularly respected or feared. Recently fell in a gutter while reading one of Liam's novels.
