"It's fine now. Why? Because I am here!"
-All Might in "Izuku Midoriya: Origin" episode.

'I am here…' Laito repeated All Might's famous catchphrase in his mind, that still tried to catch up with reality.
'Did they get me? Is he here because of the letters? But I was so careful! I will play it safe.' Laito made a split-second decision.
"Wow! It can't be real! All Might?!? That's so awesome!" He shouted excitedly with his eyes figuratively turning into stars(ya know, in an anime way).
His shouts attracted the attention of Laito's classmates inside his house.
Very soon a gaggle of excited teenagers tried to surround All Might in front of Laito's home, but both Tomio and All Might managed to reign them in.
"Ha, ha ha! I am very grateful for having such dedicated supporters! But today I am here for Yogami-shounen specifically. Please be understanding!" All Might said while maintaining his grin and giving the youths a thumbs up.
"You heard that, kids! Please respect All-Might's words and time! Let's get back inside." Tomio addressed party guests and then turned to Laito.
"Laito, please show mister All Might to the pod. He was also quite interested to see it." Laito's dad has pushed things forward as he knew(as the one who organized things) that they couldn't take too much of All Might's time.
"Ha ha! Yogami-san! There's no need! As you know the villains never rests! I unfortunately have to go soon. I came in response to your e-mail that you sent to my agency. I couldn't ignore such a passionate plea to inspire Yogami-shounen in face of his challenge!"
All Might reached and firmly grabbed Laito on his shoulder. And looked Laito dead in the eye, while maintaining his charismatic and uplifting tone.
"Yogami-shounen! I have heard about your situation! Although facing the inner difficulties of your quirk is something only you alone can do, remember that you are in fact never alone! All these people, me included, are here because we believe in you getting through it…" All Might gave Laito a little spot on speech that was perfectly targeted at a kid who was going through some sort of terminal illness.
Normally Laito would have felt a little sour at being treated like a victim, but not in this case.
It was the freaking All Might himself speaking!
All Might never does these little PR visits to sick kids, as his "hero time" was heavily restricted by deadly wounds he had since his fight with All for One. Nowadays he could only allow himself to fight villains and do a very short interviews here and there.
But now, he was here! Unbelievable!
Or it would be unbelievable if not for Laito knowing exactly why All Might could allow himself to make a visit to a "sick kid".
It was actually Laito's fault.
It was back then, when Steve delivered his letter to Toshinori Yagi. He was about to leave when he suddenly had an idea.
He decided to use his Dormant Ability, [First Blessing] on unknowing All Might.
The mark that was left on All Might has helped ever so slightly with his health.
It wasn't substantial, but then, during Steve's research into the Tome of Faith he has deciphered True Names of "restoration" and "healing". Tome of Faith was indeed Tome for Cleric/healers type.
From then on whenever Laito tried to train some Name Shaping, he would fire some healing words onto All Might using the mark on him as a channel.
The problem was: Name Shaping was infinitely more difficult in the Meta-world compared to back then in Laito's First Nightmare.
Like if Laito tried to move mountains with his bare hands. The effects were close to none. But after months, the effort amounted to something. All Might could maintain his swell form just a bit longer.
And that meant more saved people.
Laito was content with that. What he did not expect was that he himself would directly benefit from this.
Meeting All Might personally even before getting into the U.A.
For a fanboy like Laito it was quite a treat.
He has always liked All Might. Even back in his first life on Earth when he was watching My Hero Academia show, All Might was Laito's favourite character from the first to the very last episode.
So on the very day when he would have to enter back to hell again…
Laito had a good day.
But like all good things it was also slowly coming to an end.
Right after finishing his little speech, All Might gave thumbs up one more thumbs up and jumped away, creating a small shockwave from his power, alongside with his characteristic hearty laugh.
He left to the fanfare of "KYAA!!" And "We love you All Might!" and "SO MANLY!", from Laito's classmates.
A short time later the party was also over. Everyone dispersed, wishing Laito "do your best!(ganbare!)" For the last time before saying goodbyes.
The only people left at that point were Tomio, Mineta and Laito himself.
The sun was close to setting.
The time was nigh.
Laito changed into a specially prepared suit, designed to work in tandem with the pod.
They entered the specially prepared basement, where this world's first prototype Sleeper Pod was placed. There was a doctor and pod's engineer present to watch over the process.
Laito felt the pull of Nightmare's Realm getting stronger.
"
"I trust you man, to get rid of my browser history if it takes me too long to wake up."

He managed to hold them in.
What a champion.
Laito turned to face his dad.
They nodded at each other and just hugged.
No more words were needed.
Tomio knew of Laito's circumstances better than anyone else after all.
After letting go of his second dad, Laito climbed into the pod and observed its glass lid slowly closing over his body.
'It's time' He realized.
But just before entering the Nightmare Realm properly for the first time there was one last decision Laito had to make.
Although in truth he had already made that decision some time ago.
As Laito's body was safely secured within Sleeper Pod, his overlapping cores had left the body.
Despite having no physical form anymore Laito still felt the pull of slumber.
He separated both of his cores.
It was a small gamble if it that situation, his cores would enter Nightmare Realm in two separate locations at the same time.
He thought that since it would be enough for just one of his cores to find Gateway, he would have a higher chance of succeeding if they went into different locations.
Although he would be effectively splitting his strength into two, Laito saw that as worth the risk.
That thought was the last thing he acknowledged before his sight blurred and turned into darkness.
