When she arrived, she saw several robotic cameras gathered around, with Chase Shaw now seated in the center.
She glanced around and, as expected, saw Miles Sherman and the other two to one side, along with Mr. Jacobs and Mr. Troy.
As she walked over, she heard Nathan Lockwood say calmly, "It's your turn after Chase Shaw finishes. Have some water first."
He even handed her a freshly opened bottle of water.
Zoe Pierce took it, and the cool water felt soothing on her throat.
She subconsciously glanced over at Nathan Lockwood, whose expression was now perfectly composed.
He was like a completely different person from the man in her room just moments ago.
