Erin Lowell's gaze fell on Aidan Lawrence. His features were well-defined. Though he wasn't nearsighted, he wore glasses that made him look a bit serious. "What are you two doing here?"
He held up some get-well gifts. "An actress on our show got hurt, so I came to visit."
Rhea Thorne was the star of this female-led drama, and as the deputy director, Aidan Lawrence was visiting on behalf of the crew.
"Erin, my brother said I'm ugly." Jocelyn had just gotten off set and had dressed up specially to see her idol. "He should take a look in the mirror himself."
Erin Lowell smiled. "Your brother's just kidding."
"I never lie."
"..." Jocelyn Lawrence linked her arm through Erin Lowell's and started to walk away. "That's it, I've decided. I'm disowning him."
Aidan Lawrence followed them. "Couldn't hope for more." There was media staked out in the main lobby ahead. He came up behind her and put a hat on her head. "Hold still."
