For a moment, they looked at each other in silence.
His stare made Mia Grant uneasy. "Why are you looking at me like that?"
Silas Grant came to his senses, a hint of a smile in his eyes. "You've lost more weight. You need to eat well and gain it back."
Mia Grant nodded.
In truth, Mia Grant still had an occasional cough, but it wasn't severe enough to warrant hospitalization.
"The flu has been going around lately. You should take care of yourself, too."
Mia Grant was worried she might infect them.
They all looked to be in excellent health, though, unlike her, who was so frail.
"Don't stay in the dorms for the rest of the month. You can't rest well there. I'll have someone drive you to and from class every day."
Speaking of which, Mia Grant remembered she had originally planned to practice her driving over winter break.
But then... too many things happened, and she never managed to find the time.
The car Kian Keller had given her was still sitting in the underground garage.
