[The Seven Tower]
Alex took out the "Tesseract," now reverted to an ordinary crystal cube.
He had dealt with Wilson and Stormfront joining forces against him, settled Ryan's situation, and rewarded Victoria.
With that, things in the The Boys universe had come to a close for the time being.
Alex planned to head to the Marvel Universe to restore the Tesseract's power while trying his luck to see if he could find the other Infinity Stones.
Before leaving, he checked his status.

"No way. Absolute Domain needs 5,000 proficiency for the next level now?"
"I only have 170 Proficiency Essences. That means I can only add 3,400 proficiency, not even enough for one level."
Alex rubbed his face and decided not to upgrade it yet. He would wait until he had 250 Proficiency Essences and level it up all at once.
He tapped the nano wristband on his arm.
Black nanites immediately spread over him like flowing water, covering his entire body in an instant and forming a Vibranium suit.
Then Alex took out the Cloak of Justice and the Bracers of Hercules, completing his basic equipment.
Once everything was ready, he looked at the Traveler's Ring on his finger.
Blue-black flames burst from the gem in the ring and quickly wrapped around him.
———
Alex felt briefly dazed. The next instant, his vision returned, and he suddenly saw a dark figure flying toward him.
Without even looking, he whipped out a leg like a lash, sending the incoming figure flying with one kick.
Then cries of surprise rang out around him.
"Who is he?"
"How did he appear?"
"Is that the Tesseract in his hand?"
Only then did Alex look around.
He seemed to be aboard a spaceship. Corpses were scattered throughout the cabin.
A blond, burly man was bound by metal restraints that left him unable to move. One of his eyes was gone, and he looked to be in miserable shape.
Standing beside him was a long-haired man in green robes. His expression was complicated, a mixture of surprise and joy.
Not far from them stood a dark gray-skinned alien whose head resembled an octopus. Dressed in black robes, his gaze was fixed on the Tesseract in Alex's hand.
The one Alex had just kicked away was a big green brute. The Hulk was getting to his feet while rubbing his backside, then let out a roar.
Finally, Alex's eyes landed on a giant.
The purple-skinned giant wore an ornate gauntlet, and one of its sockets held a glowing purple gem.
"Aha..."
Alex muttered quietly,
"So we're already at the Infinity War storyline?"
At that moment, lines of text appeared across his vision.

'So it really is Infinity War.'
No sooner had Alex finished thinking that than the purple giant in front of him spoke, "The Tesseract?"
"The one you're holding is the Tesseract!"
The God of Mischief, Loki, immediately said, "See? I told you."
"I already told you the Tesseract wasn't in Asgard's hands, but you wouldn't believe me."
Thanos glanced back at him before extending a hand toward Alex.
"Give me the Tesseract."
But someone answered for Alex.
The Hulk!
Instead of words, Hulk answered with action. He charged straight at Thanos, landing a heavy punch that drove him back.
Hulk rushed in, throwing punches and kicks that landed with loud thuds.
Thanos was beaten without any chance to fight back.
At that moment, a monstrous-looking alien hefting a battle axe stepped forward to help.
It was one of Thanos's generals, Black Dwarf.
Just as he was about to intervene, the octopus-headed Ebony Maw raised a hand to stop him.
"Let my lord stretch his limbs once in a while."
"For him, this is a rare pleasure."
The moment Ebony Maw finished speaking, Thanos counterattacked.
One punch slammed into Hulk's ribs, followed by a flurry of blows that forced Hulk back again and again.
Finally, Thanos lifted Hulk high overhead before smashing him into the floor.
The impact caved in the spaceship's deck, cracking it apart, and Hulk passed out on the spot.
"Interesting," Smiling, Thanos looked at Alex, "I remember you."
"Six years ago, you threatened me."
"What was your name again?"
"Oh, right."
"The Conqueror."
"No wonder you've appeared here. It seems you know how to use the Tesseract."
Thanos held out his hand, "Give it to me. Don't make me say it a third time."
Alex smiled and looked at the Infinity Gauntlet, "Sure. But you'll have to trade that for it."
Thanos glanced at his gauntlet and laughed, "Looks like we won't be reaching an agreement."
Alex shrugged, "I think so too."
Thanos raised a hand and twisted his neck.
"As expected, no matter what the conflict is, it always ends with force."
"I don't enjoy doing this, but if necessary, I'll kill every opponent without hesitation."
"Including you."
Alex burst into laughter, "I was about to say the same thing. Maybe after this... there won't even be an Endgame."
Cradling the Tesseract in one arm, he beckoned to Thanos with the other.
"Come here and die."
Thanos narrowed his eyes, "You're only going to use one hand?"
"Are you looking down on me that much?"
With a roar, he charged forward.
Every step he took sent out a shockwave.
The entire ship shook as Thanos rushed toward Alex. The Power Stone embedded in the Infinity Gauntlet blazed with brilliant purple light as he threw a punch.
BOOM!
The punch never even touched Alex.
It was stopped by a layer of shimmering energy covered in concentric diamond-shaped patterns.
Absolute Domain!
"Impossible!"
Thanos's eyes went wide in disbelief.
'A punch empowered by the Power Stone... Can't even break through a single layer of his energy barrier?'
'How is that possible?'
