The Main Universe could hardly be considered peaceful.
After all, in addition to its countless superheroes, this world also contained countless supervillains.
Even so, the Main Universe still possessed a basic sense of order.
Most of the time, the superheroes managed to maintain the upper hand.
Therefore, at least on the surface, order continued to prevail throughout the Main Universe.
However, all of that collapsed when the Dark Celestials arrived.
If the ordinary Celestials were tyrants who frequently passed judgment on ordinary civilizations, then the Dark Celestials were executioners.
They existed solely to slaughter and create chaos.
The moment they entered the Main Universe, they began their massacre.
Everything before them was destroyed.
Civilizations, planets, and fleets were all annihilated by their terrifying power.
Their objective was to destroy the source from which life had emerged in this universe.
They intended to return the entire universe to death and darkness.
Once the Multiverse weakened, the First Firmament would naturally be able to reclaim the fragments of his body.
The Dark Celestials carried out their destruction without the slightest restraint.
The superheroes of the Main Universe fought back with everything they had.
However, not every superhero possessed multiversal-level power.
There was a reason the Celestials regarded themselves as mighty gods, even within the Main Universe.
They truly were extraordinarily powerful.
The Dark Celestials were fundamentally no different from ordinary Celestials.
However, because they attacked without mercy, the chaos and destruction they caused made them appear even more powerful.
Even in the Main Universe, most beings were still ordinary.
Only a small number of heroes possessed power beyond the planetary level.
Thanos had become a galactic overlord and massacred numerous civilizations precisely because of his overwhelming strength.
Yet the Dark Celestials were even more powerful.
Their strength was enough to drive anyone into despair.
Even the Kree, one of the universe's three great empires, could not help but feel profound fear.
The Kree of the Main Universe were far from weak.
Their territory stretched across countless star systems, and they controlled an unknown number of inhabited worlds.
Earth alone had produced a genius like Tony Stark.
Kree technology was several levels beyond Earth's. Naturally, their civilization had also produced its own powerful individuals.
Even Thor had once been subdued by one of Grandmaster's tiny Obedience Disks.
That alone demonstrated how advanced technology had become throughout the Marvel Universe.
The Kree's powerful fleets could easily destroy entire civilizations.
That military might was the foundation upon which the Kree had established their dominance across the universe.
But now, before the Dark Celestials, those fleets were completely helpless.
They were effortlessly torn apart by the Dark Celestials.
A full-strength Kree fleet possessed enough firepower to destroy most civilizations in existence.
Yet after only a single encounter, it was pulverized by the terrifying power of a Dark Celestial.
The Kree did not even know what kind of attack the Celestial had used or what method it had employed.
The difference between them was simply too great.
Before the Dark Celestials, the Kree were worth less than insects.
A single thought from one of those Celestials could kill them all.
"Where did these monsters come from?"
"How can they be so powerful? Is this the day the Kree face extinction?"
Countless Kree wailed inwardly.
Their hearts were filled with despair.
Then something even more horrifying occurred.
Large numbers of black figures began gathering together.
The Kree had already suffered so terribly that they could no longer make a sound.
A single black giant had destroyed an entire one of their fleets.
These monsters, which resembled members of the Celestials, possessed power that no mortal race could possibly resist.
Now, more than a hundred such monsters had appeared.
How could the Kree resist them?
What could they possibly use to fight back?
How could they ever withstand such terrifying power?
Despair permeated every corner of their civilization.
However, contrary to their expectations, these powerful creatures did not finish exterminating their species.
Instead, they charged away in a single direction.
A sufficiently observant Kree would have noticed that they were heading toward Earth.
The Dark Celestials created by the First Firmament truly resembled puppets.
However, anyone who believed they possessed no reason or intelligence would have been gravely mistaken.
The First Firmament had merely erased their emotions.
Or perhaps they had never possessed much emotion to begin with.
They were like cold machines, treating the First Firmament's will as their absolute highest priority.
But that did not mean they were unintelligent.
Quite the opposite.
Because of their immense power and mighty souls, they were more intelligent and more capable than most mortal species.
They possessed extraordinary wisdom.
Even the chaos they created was not random.
They deliberately selected prosperous and influential planets for extermination.
In the blink of an eye, they slaughtered nearly half of the civilizations in the Main Universe.
How vast was the Main Universe?
It could be described as boundless, and it continued to expand without end.
Even gods would struggle to locate its boundaries.
The Kree claimed to be one of the universe's three great empires.
In reality, however, the territory they controlled was merely one tiny corner of the entire universe.
Compared with the universe's full scale, their empire was barely a speck.
Yet the Dark Celestials had slaughtered half the life in this unimaginably vast universe almost instantly.
Their strength and terror were difficult to comprehend.
Fortunately, after their initial unopposed rampage, the powerful beings of the Main Universe finally reacted.
They began fighting the Dark Celestials.
In an instant, the entire universe was filled with the shock waves of countless explosions.
Such a battle was only possible because it was taking place within the Main Universe.
Had the same conflict occurred in another parallel universe, the entire universe might have collapsed instantly under the force produced by multiversal-level beings clashing.
Amid this ferocious battle, more than a hundred Dark Celestials suddenly assembled and flew toward Earth.
There was only one reason.
In the direction of Earth, a Dark Celestial had been killed.
It was the first casualty the Dark Celestials had suffered since entering the Main Universe.
It had taken only an instant.
A multiversal-level Dark Celestial had died immediately.
The incident sent a tremendous shock through the other Dark Celestials.
It was no surprise that more than a hundred of them had gathered together.
They intended to annihilate every being who had dared to challenge them.
"For the great First Firmament!"
"Loyal warriors, display your power!"
"Annihilate every living being in this world!"
Powerful thoughts echoed among the Dark Celestials.
Their souls resounded with unwavering loyalty to the First Firmament.
