It was night time in the video game world Alex had been teleported too, the sky was dark and red, and the moon shone yellow. Not just that, the sky was so clear that the stars were gleaming as well, Alex was laying down at the backyard of the castle that seemed to be a calm field. Obviously, everywhere was dark, the only thing illuminating the world around Alex was just the light of the night sky that he seemed to like. Alex felt calm, but in an unusual way as he looked in the air. Alex was thinking to himself "Its unusually calm here. Normally, when im looking at a night sky, im never outside, unless im very close to the house.", he kept quiet for a moment before he let out a small breath out "But still, i like it. Its calmer than the day time, so its okay.". While by himself, Astavel walked up to him and sat beside him "You like looking at the dark night sky?", she asked, Alex responded "Yeah, it's calm. And plus I need a way to calm my head since I'm still trying to figure out this whole place.". Alex thought to himself again "I may have been able to get a lot of understanding so far, but I still feel tense. Well, that's me for ya.". Astavel looked at the red night sky, the stars gleaming and shining brightly, she asked "How far away do you think those stars are?", Alex blinked "Hm? I don't know.", he thought of something "Now that I think of it, I can actually just fly around that entire constellation easily. Although I don't know how far they are.". His head turned to Astavel "So? What do you want?", Alex asked. Astavel shyly replied "Well, it's nothing. You see, I just came to see you and keep you company, that's all.". Alex turned his head away from her, continuing his star gazing without a word. Astavel seemed to be shy, she wanted to talk to Alex but couldn't. Astavel didn't have a lot of experience with guys, and some of the guys she knew or had met were unable to express themselves to her. Not just that, she couldn't fully express herself to them as well. The thing about Astavel was that because of her high status as Dairadel's daughter, leading her to be royal, most guys usually thought that she was out of their league of approach, so they usually never really approached her or harboured romantic feelings for long due to that. And as for Astavel herself, she understood that she was on a different league than everyone else, especially in terms of power. Women found it easy to approach her and be friends with her regardless of the power difference. But as for guys, even tho they just wanted to be friends with her, the thought of them being shunned and pushed aside because they wouldn't be able to fullfil her in anyway, gave it away(This is how real life works with women too.). But as for Alex, it was different, he was easily stronger than her, he didn't really care about approaching her at all, nor was he scared of her at all. And because of that, she actually found him very attractive in a sense, hence she approached him and tried talking to him while he was alone. Astavel found the courage to ask "Alex, how was life like for you back in your world?", Alex blinked on hearing said question "Life was pretty good. I mean, I trained and hanged around with my friends most of the time. I had a lot of down time to myself too, we also went on intense missions too amd did a lot of training missions too.", Astavel immediately thought "That's similar to me in a way.". Her eyes glanced at Alex while her fingers danced with each other "So, do you.... by chance have interest in anyone?". Alex jolted a little "Interested in anyone? Yeah, I sure am. Her name's Raquel, we've been into each other since we were just kids that started missions.", a small smile curled up on his lips "She used to be a bit shy, but she wasn't someone you could push off so casually. And even when she seemed to gain more confidence, she also became more colder when it came to killing. Raquel's a nice person....", his smile widened even more "And she can be really touchy with me too.". Astavel smiled bitterly "You like her a lot, don't you. Well.....", she explained to Alex "You may not have noticed, but I really like you, Alex.". Alex's attention was fully on Astavel now, the girl explained "Most guys I know usually avoid talking to me or engaging with me, maybe it's because they see me as someone above them and wouldn't give them the time of day.", Alex sighed and sat up straight "So the reason you seem to like me is because I don't run away from you or something. Is that it?", Astavel smiled softly "Y-yeah.". Alex took a moment to think of a response "No, I'm fine.". Astavel jolted in visible shock "HUH?!", Alex tells her "Look, I already like someone else, so I cant show you those feelings. If it was the opposite case, then sure, you look like someone I can dig in with.". Alex continued "Then again, you shouldn't feel sad that no one is approaching you, the right person who's meant for you will show up, so don't rush yourself.", he tilted his head to Astavel "You're a cool person, so I'd like to look at you as someone I can call an important ally. Got it? I'd really like that.". Astavel's cheeks turn red as she smiled softly "Sure, I'd love that too. Thank you, Alex.". Interrupting them came Bellika "Hey, love birds.....", Astavel was shaken "EIIII!", she squealed "Dad's calling for you and the hero.", Bellika explained. Astavel looked at her and exclaimed "D-D-Dont you just go around sneaking up on people, that's rude.", Bellika replied "You're the one who lost your guard, sis.". As the two sisters argued, Alex stood up and walked off "Looks like something interesting is about to go down again, about damn time.".
