Bai Yue smiled and replied "Tendon tempering, which tempers three stages. The first one tendons then cartilage and lastly fascia. At perfection they can provide support and boost to the muscle and bone strength."
"After Tendons tempering comes the Organ purification where we refine the five organs with five elements. Where the first organ we refine is:
Liver with the element of wood. It supports the flow of blood energy in the body and maintains the Tendons.
Heart with the element of fire. It purifies the blood and helps the cultivator maintain their cultivation and prevents energy deviation.
Spleen(stomach) with the element of earth. It helps the body to digest the heaven and earth treasures like medicines, plants and so on.
The lungs with the element of air. This brings the flexibility in breathing and regulating the energy in all parts of the body.
Kidney with the element of water. It boosts the vitality and essence necessary for physical activity."
"Tempering them to perfection would also lead to the next realm, which is painful because this realm is about cleansing the bone marrow and purifying the blood which helps me generate the blood energy in the body that grows stronger as we practice more."
"Bone marrow cleansing realm is the final realm to lay down the foundations for a future perfect body. Because after this comes the realm of blood and energy fusion."
" Blood and energy fusion realm is where we generate blood qi from our body and fuse with the spiritual energy from heaven and earth to transform into blood energy which is used to fight the opponents. This blood and energy fusion realm is comparable to the golden core but with the body as an advantage, it becomes superior to the golden core because their body can never be strong enough, even after spiritual nourishment. This blood and energy fusion realm is then further improved by improving the previous realms, unlike the spiritual cultivation because they passed the stage and moved to next but we body cultivators keep our previous realm inside our body for further improvements. But this realm has one disadvantage, which is that we can't fly in the air, but we can jump higher."
"I don't have a specific classification for this realm for now but let's reach this realm and discuss further. This realm is only practiced in mid level continents so, we have to leave this place in another year. By then we will impart the basic knowledge to the elders and the young ones."
Tieshan agreed and asked the doubts he had regarding his own path because he felt that his body is becoming more muscular and burly as time passes, but Bai Yue assured him that it's ok and there is no need to focus on this matter just continue cultivating.

Everyone was shocked after learning this and then they were all happy because no one wants to die early. After bidding them farewell, Bai Yue and Zhan Tieshan travelled to the direction of mid level continents.
Tieshan asked "A-Yue, what is the lifespan of spiritual energy cultivators?"
Bai Yue paused for a moment and answered "The first realm is the same as mortals in age. Second extends the age by 150 years, third extends age by 800 years and more, 4th extends age by 2,000 years and more, 5th extends is by 6,000 years, 6th extends age by 10,000 years and more, 7th extends age by 20,000 years and more, 8th extends age by 50,000 years and more, 9th extends age by 100,000 years and more, 10th extends age by 500,000 years and more. A tribulation realm expert can live for more than 1 million years but the only condition is that he never takes damage to his soul, body and heart which is basically impossible."
Tieshan was shocked when he learned the lifespan of spiritual energy cultivators. The travel to the midcontinence and the arrived after 4 months on a mid level continent named Blazing Sun Continent.

Tieshan is currently forging his kidney from the water element. When he started cleansing the bottom part he suddenly discovered that his third leg had become bigger and more robust. He became happy and thought 'as I expected, in the future A-Yue will definitely be very happy after looking at this little me.'
For the next few days the smile on his face never diminished which made Bai Yue think 'what is going through this man's little mind. He can't be happy just by entering this bone marrow cleansing realm. Something is definitely wrong.' suddenly he thought 'could it be that he has some dirty thoughts again about me?' the more he thought the angerier he became so he beat Tieshan in anger.
