In the video, Gohan outwardly appears to be nothing more than an ordinary high school student. Secretly, however, he transforms into a Super Saiyan to deal with the ruthless thugs of Satan City. Because of the radiant golden hair of his transformation, the citizens have dubbed him the "Golden Warrior," though no one knows the true identity behind the mask of light.
On Gohan's first day at Orange Star High School, his presence immediately attracted the attention of his female classmates, including Videl, the daughter of the world champion Mr. Satan. During physical education class, Gohan's prowess became impossible to hide; he performed a jump of over ten meters—a feat completely beyond human limits—which made Videl realize he was extraordinary. She began to secretly follow Gohan, determined to uncover his secrets. Troubled by Videl's persistent tailing, Gohan visited Bulma at Capsule Corp, asking her to create a device to conceal his identity.
While Bulma worked, Gohan wandered through the building. He met the eight-year-old Trunks and the Saiyan Prince, Vegeta. By this time, Vegeta had lost the cold hostility he possessed seven years ago, appearing more like a grounded elder. He even thoughtfully reminded Gohan that he hadn't trained in a long time, noting his body was "rusty" and that he needed to focus on his martial arts. This gesture was entirely that of a mentor caring for his junior.
"After seven years of peace, Vegeta's hostility has diminished significantly," Akira narrated. "The man we see now and the one who first arrived on Earth are like two completely different people. He has settled in as a live-in son-in-law at Bulma's house, and his reminder to Gohan shows true concern. It is enough to move one to tears.
Among the younger generation, Gohan is the one Vegeta values most, perhaps even more than his own son, Trunks. After all, Gohan fought by his side on Planet Namek and saved him during the Cell Games. Moreover, Gohan's innate talent is staggering; it is no wonder even the proud Vegeta values such an outstanding junior. What a pity..."
Watching the video, countless viewers across the Wanjie Multiverse were extremely surprised. The Vegeta they knew was arrogant, conceited, and full of malice. The idea of him caring for a junior seemed absurd, yet the Vegeta on screen was a changed man. Sitting in his spaceship, the current Vegeta looked at his future self, utterly bewildered. He never expected to stay on Earth for seven years, nor did he expect to rein in his Saiyan pride.
"Could I truly change this much?" Vegeta wondered. "No longer the cold Prince? And that brat... is he my son?" Although Vegeta appeared angry on the surface, inwardly, he felt a strange lack of rage. Meanwhile, Nappa, in the adjacent pod, watched with a distorted expression, indignant that the man who killed him had been softened by Earthlings.
Frieza: "@Vegeta, Vegeta, Vegeta. You are no longer the proud and ruthless Saiyan Prince. You have taken on the pathetic form of an Earthling." Vegeta: "Hmph!"
Frieza's taunts were met with silence. Vegeta knew that in the future, Frieza had been slaughtered like a roadside animal by his own son; the tyrant wasn't worth his attention.
The video continued. Bulma eventually finished a device for Gohan—a watch that, with a simple press, encased him in a black bodysuit, a green jacket, a red cape, and a helmet. While flying home, Gohan encountered a group of biker thieves.
When they demanded his name, Gohan struck an elaborate set of poses and shouted: "Great Saiyaman!" His actions were met with immediate ridicule, though his powerful martial arts quickly forced the thieves to surrender.
"I wonder if everyone remembers what I said during the Super Saiyan transformation video," Akira's voice returned. "The Ginyu Force influenced Gohan's entire life. Why? Just look at those poses. In his own eyes, they are cool, but to the world, they are foolish. If you have forgotten, let me refresh your memory."
The screen split in two. On the left, Gohan struck his pose as Great Saiyaman. On the right, the Ginyu Force performed their signature choreography before a horrified Frieza. The styles were identical—equally cringeworthy enough to make one's toes curl.
Both Gohan and the Ginyu Force were immensely satisfied with themselves, unaware of how awkward they appeared to others. Even the Galactic Emperor Frieza was shown breaking into a cold sweat and blushing at the memory of his subordinates' antics.
"Now you know," Akira concluded. "The encounter on Planet Namek left an indelible impression on five-year-old Gohan's heart for a lifetime."
The corners of countless viewers' mouths twitched. Gohan's elders, watching from their respective dimensions, felt a wave of secondhand embarrassment. They never expected Gohan to have such a side to him, realizing that the boy had been deeply "poisoned" by the legacy of the Ginyu Force.
