Zain returns to the rest on the other half of Eve's Gates, where there is still land.
Scarlet and Aisha, despite their injuries, ask Captain Zain if Sulaiman finished the job.
Zain replies, "No, but he did well."
Ryo goes and takes Sulaiman from his shoulders.
Ali asks Scarlet, "Is your hand better?"
Scarlet says, "Yeah. Thank God he didn't break it."
Aisha says, "Don't worry. Next time we'll get him."
Riak sees Sulaiman and takes a better look at Sulaiman's scar on his right eye. He asks Ryo, "Hey, Red Scarf, the four scars on the boy's face... it looks like they were forced in, like nails scratching the skin."
Ryo looks up at Riak and says, "He had abusive parents."
Riak says, "I see."
Rimazu asks the beast, "So what are you gonna do now? Are you our enemy or ally?"
Riak says, "Neither. I don't plan on getting involved with the conflicts of this era. The only reason I attacked you guys was because I wanted to feel that thrill again. The thrill to fight without taking a life."
Ali says, "So you weren't planning to kill us?"
Riak replies, "That's not fun."
Everyone else, except Ryo, Benjamin, Rimazu, and Riak, asks simultaneously, "Where's Abraham?"
Ryo says, "Probably went to the ship with Bob."
Benjamin, sitting right next to him, says, "He might've gone to the ship with Bob."
Rimazu, sitting right next to Benjamin, says, "Yeah, he definitely went to the ship."
Ryo looks at Benjamin to his right.
Benjamin looks at Rimazu.
Rimazu looks at Benjamin.
Benjamin looks at Ryo.
Then they all turn to everyone and say, "Yeah, he went to the ship."
Riak starts laughing.
"You guys really are funny."
Zain then asks, "Where do you plan on going?"
Riak replies, "Wherever I feel like going. There's no place where I can call home anymore."
Zain says, "I see. Well, hope to see you."
He grabs the two unconscious natives and says, "Alright, guys, let's go back."
Team Z heads back to the ship.
Ruqqaya and Leona are awake, along with the other two natives.
The two natives that were carried by Zain woke up a day later. Everyone else had awakened when they had arrived back at Halihalu.
Ryo, Rimazu, and Benjamin filled Abraham in on what had happened.
Sulaiman woke up on the third day after the events. As soon as that happened, Team Z was ready to leave for the next place.
The chiefs had to stop the tournament due to the circumstances and redo it next year.
Leona and Ruqqaya said goodbye to their partners, and so did Sulaiman and Scarlet.
Team Z, heading to their ship outside the Red Island, encounters the Revolt.
Zain looks at Kaizen and asks, "Now what?"
Kaizen replies with a smile, "Well, I'm gonna go and look for some recruits to join us. Oh, and Ryo, the reason why I said I'm the second strongest is because Elizabeth is dead. When she was alive, I was third, and the second strongest Raiki user was your captain."
Everyone in Team Z shouts, "So you're the current strongest?"
Zain says, "After fighting that beast, I'm starting to doubt that."
Hannah says, "What do you mean?"
Zain replies, "He wasn't trying to kill us. Just imagine if he was going for the kill."
Kaizen says, "Anyway, take care of that scarf, Ryo. They say if you love and care for something so much, for a brief moment it can talk to you."
Ryo says, "So you're basically saying it can come to life?"
"Yeah... maybe."
Zain says, "Alright, we have to go. And Ryo, don't take any of the stuff he says seriously."
They get on the ship, and Bob starts sailing.
The Revolt gets on their speed boats and goes their separate ways.
Team Z goes north from Halihalu, and the Revolt goes south.
