Exactly one day after the events that took place on that unknown island, all of humanity had become aware of what had happened. As for how they found out and when they learned because the sounds of chaos and destruction from the island carried incredibly far. The city closest to the island could clearly hear everything and even see the explosions.
People began to grow extremely uneasy.
Of course, just four hours after the battle on the island had ended, people immediately began pressuring the Absolute Detectives and the Guardians. They were practically demanding answers. Tons of people gathered in front of the headquarters of those two alliances, shouting loudly:
"Give us answers! Has this so-called Perfect Order Genesis finally come to an end?! We demand answers!"
All of these questions were finally heard and answered exactly sixteen hours after the battle on the island ended.
And the first person to answer those questions was none other than Merlin.
Merlin began speaking in front of all those people and the cameras. In his view, many people had written things on large sheets of paper and were holding them up. One of them clearly read:
"Will humanity suffer again?"
Of course, Merlin could barely read it because countless photos were being taken. Some people were even using holographic phones devices that looked like pens in the hand, but projected a hologram from their longest edge and functioned as a phone.
Anyway, many people were angry.
But the angriest person there… was actually Merlin.
Because one of his men had been severely injured not fatal, but still very serious. And that injured person was Zach. He was in the hospital and in no condition to come outside.

"Yes, there was another incident. But two Guardians personally handled it. And Arthur himself took control of that situation. He said it wasn't anything important."
The moment humanity heard Arthur's name, they relaxed.
Because he was a shining hero from the past.
He had personally fought and won three terrifying events:
The Mutant Chaos Incident,
The Immortal Army Incident,
And the Falling Star Incident.
Among these, the one with the highest number of casualties was the Immortal Army Incident. It was estimated that the number of deaths equaled roughly two and a half cities' worth of people.
And during that event, Arthur went into a complete rage.
It sounded like something simple… like a baby crying in anger.
But no.
In reality, it was said that Arthur had lost someone extremely important to him.
No one knew who.
But what was known… was this:
Arthur wrote a horrifying hunting record in history he hunted down exactly 1,151 high-level demon-class creatures.
At first, it sounded absurd.
But in reality, that army was unbelievably powerful. With a single touch, they could kill anyone.
And that army belonged to Hana.
The puppet Hana used against Jack and Bob was nothing like before it was stronger, more solid, and far more terrifying.
Now, speaking of Jack and Bob…
Jack was still unconscious.
Exactly sixteen hours after the island incident, Jack was lying in a bed inside Arthur's room. It was estimated that he would wake up in two or three days.
Because of everything that happened, some people wrote this online:
"This incident is truly terrifying. Two of the strongest within the top ten or even above killed one person and severely injured another. What happened gives me only one message: The Rising Emperor."
That post exploded across the internet.
People started calling this event the "Rising Emperor Incident."
But over time, it became fixed in an older language and was officially recorded as:
"Kaiser Aufstieg Incident."
This name became permanent and could no longer be changed.
Soon after, it was announced that the Absolute Detectives and the Guardians would hold an important meeting regarding this incident.
And that meeting took place the next morning one day after the Kaiser Aufstieg Incident.
Location: Grand Meeting Hall of the Holy Temple
This place was where the strongest alliances gathered to discuss and argue.
The hall was located on the fiftieth floor of the Holy Temple.
There were six massive pillars stretching from the ground all the way to the ceiling. The floors and ceilings were completely black, decorated with golden stripes and the pillars were the same.
The windows looked identical to the rest of the Holy Temple but there was one difference.
From the inside, it looked like this…
But from the outside, it looked like a completely normal floor.
The windows were covered with concealment technology.
At the very center of the hall stood a massive table large enough for ten people.
Five chairs were placed on one side, and five on the other.
All were occupied… except one.
On the front side sat five people.
Two of them were women one on the far right, the other on the far left.
The woman on the far right was extremely beautiful. She wore a white dress with roses on the shoulders, and her shoes were also white. Her hair was blonde, and her eyes were orange. But her beauty wasn't gentle she looked more like a self-admiring witch.
The other woman wore a completely blue dress. Her shoes were a mix of blue and white. There was a sunflower in her hair. Her hair looked like silver, and her eyes were emerald-like. She was beautiful in a different way confident, calm, as if she had no ill intentions. But her aura felt like a snake waiting patiently for its prey to fall into its trap.
Between these two women sat three men…
The man next to the woman in white wore a brown suit, with black shoes classic. His hair was brown, his eyes were black, and he had faint scars on his face. His expression was clearly irritated, as if he didn't want to see anyone sitting across from him.
The man next to the woman in blue was taller than the others around 2.10 meters. He was completely covered in armor, a full battle suit. The armor was black, decorated with golden tiger-shaped patterns. His hair was red, and his eyes were dark crimson. His face looked bloodthirsty but his aura was completely calm.
And the person sitting in the middle…
He was leaning back, his feet resting on the table.
He wore black slippers, and his clothes were entirely black sportswear. His hair looked like fire, and his pupils were literally burning like flames moving as if they were alive.
His aura filled the entire hall.
But it didn't leak outside.
It was obvious he had complete control over it.
In front of these five sat four others.
The far-left seat was empty.
Next to it sat a man with his left arm in bandages it was obvious that it was broken. He wore a white t-shirt and white jeans. His hair was bluish-purple, and his eyes resembled snowflakes. There were a few cuts on his face healed, but still visible.
On the far right sat a man in a black suit, wearing a black coat like a cape. His hair and eyes were brown. There was a cigarette in his mouth, and the smoke was rising upward. His expression was calm but his aura was screaming with anger. Still, he remained motionless.
Next to him sat someone dressed similarly but in white. His hair was pink, his eyes were white. He was smiling at his phone the reason being photos of him spending time with a pink-haired girl.
That girl… was his daughter.
And at the center of this side sat a man dressed entirely in black.
His hair and pupils were completely black like staring into nothingness.
He looked completely emotionless.
But his aura carried pure hatred.
The room was silent.
Then-
That man slammed his hand onto the table.
And spoke.
That man… was Merlin.
Merlin: We need to start taking measures now. A completely new threat is rising it's as if a new Demon King is being born. That's why we must work together immediately and eliminate this threat.
The man sitting next to the woman in white responded:
- - - : So… how exactly are we supposed to stop this threat when we don't even know where they are?
He was right.
But Merlin gave him a terrifying look. Even though his face remained expressionless, the fact that his eyes showed no reflection at all made him look even more frightening.
Merlin: When I say "together," I'm not talking to you Guardians… I'm talking to myself, my men, and Arthur. So sit quietly, Marcus.
Marcus lightly gritted his teeth. Others were slightly offended.
But Arthur…
He was still the same leaning back with his feet on the table.
Merlin turned to Arthur.

But the woman in blue shouted:
- - - : Arthur! Stop that, please! What would Sophia say if she saw this?!
That voice belonged to Emma.
Arthur continued for a moment-
But the instant he heard that last sentence…
He withdrew his aura from Zane.
That single name was enough to stop him.
Zane was gasping for air. His chair was barely holding together.
Zach, sitting next to Merlin, quietly asked:
Zach (Quietly): Boss… who is this Sophia person?
Merlin replied calmly, briefly:
Merlin (Quietly): The woman who changed Arthur's view on life.
Arthur returned to speaking:
Arthur: What I mean is… I don't want to handle everything. The more I do, the lazier this generation becomes. Anyway, we'll talk about that later. Let's discuss this incident first.
Merlin took a deep breath and began the discussion.

He literally toyed with me. And the moment I started getting stronger, he just played with me even more. Meanwhile, my friend was dealing with that bastard's creature forty-one demonic crow like beings. And after I was defeated.
Scarlett, sitting next to Marcus, interrupted with a disgusted look:
Scarlett: This is exactly why idiots like you lose to such minor threats.
The moment she finished that sentence-
Five ice spears formed, aiming directly at her neck.
Zach: Look at yourself first, disgrace of technique users.
Zach relaxed his hand-
The five ice spears shattered and fell to the ground.
Scarlett glared angrily at Arthur.
Arthur responded by simply raising his hand…
And flipping her off.
Scarlett became even more furious but sat there silently.
Zach continued:
Zach: I apologize for my rudeness. Now, let's continue. Richard my friend, sent me a message while I was fighting. And this is what it said:
"Zach, if you see this, good. You're the one who has to explain this to everyone. Right now, I'm fighting a high-level demon with an adaptation ability. His weapon has a technique that can cut anything that threatens its user. If there's even a slight chance I can win, I'll take that gamble. But if this demon manages to adapt to Arthur… the world will be in serious trouble."
Everyone except Arthur, Zach, and Merlin fell into deep thought.
This was a threat on Arthur's level.

Arthur's eyes widened.

Then-
He burst into laughter.
In that serious atmosphere, he laughed as if something incredibly funny had just been said.
But the moment his laughter ended-
His expression turned completely confident.
Unshakable.
Arthur: Look, if you said Frost or Yujin my former students, I'd understand. But someone who just showed up and has a flashy technique name doesn't make them my equal. I hate dealing with everything, but no one has ever pushed me into a real life-or-death fight. Bring me my strongest student, Yujin Snakeman. He's the only one who can give me a proper fight. But even he can't beat me. That's why I'm the strongest of this era, the one who cannot be destroyed.
Instead of relaxing, everyone became even more uneasy.
Arthur could be terrifying sometimes.

Merlin was shocked and asked:
Merlin: I thought you killed the Demon of Immortality?
Arthur replied emotionlessly:

After the meeting, decisions were made.
Only Rank Zero or the five strongest Absolute Detectives are allowed to engage Lucifer, Hana, Revenant, and Corvadaptis.
High-level individuals are deployed to the Cursed City, moving cautiously, prepared for the emergence of High Demons.
Arthur will personally go to find Lucifer.
