Chapter 25 - SURVIVAL 7: MEMENTO part 3

"Thank you, thank you so much!" Second expressed her joy and gratitude to the five of them.

Yes! Her artwork is finally complete.

First talked to Third, Ninth, Aeizen, and Sectwen to be her models. Even though she disturbed them, they all agreed. She is very grateful to them, especially to First. First mentioned he would do anything if she asked, and that she should not mind him asking for a favor because he would be willing to. Third told her that she should have told him earlier because it won't disturb him. Aeizen wasn't bothered by it. Sectwen told her to 'keep up,' and Ninth just glanced at the sketch pad and then left the art room.

The four of them left. First and Second were the only ones there.

"Thank you, First!"

"Anytime," he smiled.

So, this is the feeling if you've already completed your work. She felt so elated.

There isn't a camera there, so she thought she'd sketch them all. This would serve as a picture of them, full of memories. They went down to the ground floor because everyone was in the living area. It feels like it was already afternoon.

"Here!" Seventh called First, and they parted their ways because Aeith also called her.

It seems the boys were playing cards and some board games in the lounge area just beside the living area. They were noisy. Everyone seemed to be in their spirit. On the other hand, the girls there also gathered for a sort of meeting to talk about something.

"She's here!" Aeith exclaimed as if she were the only one they were waiting for.

"What's up?" she innocently questioned them.

The sofas and coffee table were moved to the sides, and they all sat on the floor. Crossed legs, sitting position forming a circle.

"There you are," Fourth moved to her right side to give her space to sit next to her while Aeith sat on her left.

"We're going to play a truth or dare game." Sixzen started the introduction of the game they were going to play. "This might be familiar to all of you, but I'll still explain the simple mechanics." She took a bottle from her side. It was a clean, empty bottle of milk that she must've gotten from the kitchen. "I'm gonna spin this bottle. When it stops and points to someone, she's gonna choose between truth or a dare."

Hmm, as far as she remembered, it had been a long time since she played a game like this.

"In choosing truth, you'll answer truthfully to the question you're asked by someone on your opposite side. And by choosing the dare, you must perform the task you're given. Any questions or objections?" Sixzen explained to them the mechanics as if she were the game master. None of them had any questions or objections. "Alright!" She spun the bottle.

Second could recall some childhood memories of hers from playing this, but this time, it was with these girls whom she barely knew. She was happy that all the girls were there and they were having one of the best moments of their lives while bonding and getting to know more of one another.

"So, who is it?" She wasn't paying attention until she heard Aeith's voice. The bottle stopped at Twentieth. "C'mon now, we won't tell anyone,"

So, Twentieth chose truth. She was currently being interrogated about who her crush was. It was Aeith who asked her, who was sitting on her opposite side. She sighed.

"U-Uh, no one really..." Twentieth replied shyly.

Just what kind of question did Aeith have on her mind? Can't she come up with a better one?

"Even here?" Sixzen followed to question her. Maybe she meant that if Twentieth had a crush on one of the boys who were there with them on the nth planet.

"U-huh," Twentieth nodded. She could see that she was a bit tense. Maybe she was pressured to answer such a personal question. "I just don't think that kind of stuff right now."

Twentieth is a shy girl. They were still in the middle of a life-threatening game, so neglecting romantic feelings was understandable.

"That's kinda no fun," Aeith complained. "Aw!" Second slapped her thighs to stop herself from being mean.

"On to the next one," Sixzen did the same, and it landed in Sectwen. "Oh, it's you!" Sixzen giggled and gazed at Sectwen.

"What's so funny?" Sectwen threw a sharp gaze at her.

"Nothing, hmp," Sixzen scoffed. Lately, they'd been close to each other. Glad to know that Sectwen was forming a friendship with someone, and that was Sixzen. They might have a bit different attitude, but they were getting along well.

"Okay, truth or dare?" It was Forzen's time to ask. They were really enjoying this game.

"Truth," Sectwen simply answered.

"Hmm," she was thinking of a question to ask. Maybe it was hard for her to form one because she wasn't close to Sectwen. "I'll ask a question contrary to the first one, then. Do you hate someone here?"

A moment of silence was instilled in them. This was a tricky question, but she was curious about her answer.

"Yes," she replied.

"Oh! Who is it?!" Aeith interrupted.

Aeith is at it again. She really loved playing games like this. Or should she say she liked to gossip?

"One question at a time," Sectwen's wise answer that she was able to escape the second tricky question.

Aeith scratched her head from being dismayed. Well, that was close.

"If you're that curious, I don't mean someone. More like the attitude of that someone." Sectwen added. She parted her long, light brown hair on her shoulder. "I hate someone bossy."

Another silence filled the living area. She didn't know who she was talking about.

"I can't come to like someone who's bossing around someone," she added.

Maybe that's why there were times she didn't cooperate with them to do scheduled tasks. Maybe it wasn't that she was lazy or arrogant, but there was a trait among them that she hated. She couldn't help but think of whom she was referring to. She started to be conscious and analyze herself if she'd ever been bossy to anyone. She hoped that wasn't her.

"Bossy boss? Hmm. It must be Third or Firstswen. Am I right?" Sixth commented.

Sectwen did not answer.

"Hey, they're just on the other side, you know." Forzen stopped Sixth from talking about the two.

"Well, it makes sense. They're their leaders after all. They might be bossy, but they have the right to do it. But yeah, being too bossy can be too much." Aeith added. Geez, this girl was too loud. She didn't know if she was against or in favor of someone being a bossy boss.

"Shh," Tenth shushed her.

"Okay, okay, next!" Sixzen proceeded.

The bottle slowed down, and it made her nervous as it was nearing her.

Oh, please, please don't be me.

Second had not come up with an answer yet if they'd ask her the same question as the previous two. Both questions were tricky. She looked at her opposite side to see who was going to ask her if she had been chosen, but Aeith stood and repositioned herself exactly at her opposite side. She was playing dirty!

"Hihi," she grinned to humiliate her.

This girl was not fair! Her humor passed the limit.

Second composed herself before scolding Aeith. She was about to yell at her before the bottle would stop when there was a sudden commotion that interrupted their game of fun.
