THIRD PERSON'S POINT OF VIEW
Aello and Psikh stayed locked in their embrace, the only sound in the room their heavy breaths mixing in the quiet. She remained perched on his lap while his eyes stayed closed, collecting himself.
He was amazed by his own restraint-Psikh had never been one for drawn-out foreplay. He preferred to get straight to the point, to feel bodies collide and burn together. Most women he'd been with couldn't keep up, often passing out after one or two rounds. That was why he had no patience for the weak.
It was also why he'd let those three housemaids stay in his mansion so long. Even when he'd seen through their true identities from the start, he'd let them think they'd fooled him. In truth, he'd been manipulating them toward their own ends-using them as playthings that lasted a bit longer than the women he'd bedded on missions across the globe.
