Cross was still processing the thought on his head but the money he had right now really drove his mind away from the unusual State.
He danced all the way to his house, "with this money I'll be able to enjoy all things in this life" He grinned.
But he still had his debt that he hasn't paid and this could be a good chance to get free from his debt, "Fuck that" He said then continued dancing.
He skipped his house and went to the market to buy some stuff because all he has been eating this month was a slice of bread maybe two some days.
He entered the market and saw a familiar face wave him, it was a tall woman with long red hair and a hourglass body she looked perfect, the person approached him, "you're in an unusual Happy mood" The person said.
"Miss Beatrix, Long time no see" Cross replied, "you look good Cross are you rich now?" She asked, "not really" He replied.
Now, Miss Beatrix was cross's old teacher and he really likes her attitude towards him, cross parents died at a early stage of his life, none of his aunties or Uncles came to help him, and he couldn't go to foster care because there were no Foster care in the city at that time, an old woman saw him on the roadside and decided to take him in, she sent him to school and that's when he meet Miss Beatrix, After a few years the old woman that took Cross into her home died and cross was alone in the apartment, he didn't know how to cook or do anything so he only buys bread and eats it everyday with the money the old woman had before she died, soon the money became small so Cross had to minimize his spending and only eats one slice of bread a day, so Miss Beatrix notice he only brings once slice of bread for lunch, and most times gives him some food so he really likes her and promised to repay her when he grow up.
"Yeah I'm rich as fuck" Cross said smugly, "Congrats to you do what are you doing in the market?" She asked, "Oh I came to buy some Foodstuffs" Cross replied.
"You can cook now?" She asked, "not really, but I know how to cook three things, Tempura, Tteokbokki and Fish and chips" cross said.
"So which Item did you come to buy?" She asked again, "Fish of course" He said, "you can come and buy it in my shop if you like" She said.
"Hold up, you work at the Market now?" Cross asked confused, "Yeah it actually happened years back, after you left for College, I was a little sad because you were my favorite subject, Fastforword six years later, A new teacher came, he had his eyes on me and really liked my body he told me so many times how much he liked me, but I straight up reject him so many times because he just wasn't my type and he looked older than my Grandma, he liked me so much that one day he went into the class room when I was alone marking some test papers and tried to make a move, I defended myself and injured his nose by mistake, the school screamed at me for injuring a teacher and I tried so many Times to tell them he tried to make a move but the school wasn't having it, they fired me and hated me to the extent they told all the schools in the city that they shouldn't employ me because I'm dangerous and aggressive, word spread fast and even when I went to another city to start a new fresh life there they didn't employ me because of how aggressive I am, I was unemployed for a whole six months so I decided to start a new business to feed my kids, Fastforward another two years here I am" she narrated to Cross.
"Damn, but why didn't they ask the other teacher questions" Cross asked confused, "He was the son of a Famous business man that owns the school" She said, "nonetheless I'm still making enough money to feed my three kids" She said finally and prostrated for cross to enter her shop.
"Alright, Alright I'll buy from your store" Cross said and almost Chuckled.
"I'll buy 4 large fish, the largest and 7 potatoes" Cross said, "Okay that'll be 100 dollars" Miss Beatrix said and stretch her hand for me to hand over the card to transfer.
"Only a hundred dollars? Transfer 300" Cross said, "I can't thank you enough cross" Miss Beatrix said pleadfully.
"No,no,no Miss Beatrix no need to thank me, I'm just repaying what you did to me in the past" Cross said telling her to stop.
After he transferred everything he walked out of the store all high and mighty and grinned all the way out of the market.
He bought some clothes in a clothing shop close to the market and also bought some drinks and food on his way back.
He opened the door of his house and smirked at a thought, 'I guess wishes do come true'.
"Alright time to start cooking" he put his two hands together and started rubbing them with his tongue out.
He decided that Fish and chips will be tomorrow and to just eat the stuff he bought, he sat on his old dusty couch and as he turned on the Tv, he watch some Football for a while.
"Golazo!!!!!!" He screamed because Man united scored against Arsenal and won the game.
Brrrzzzt. His Tv glitched and a black like creature stepped outside.
