Before I could even finish my thought process I felt a hand grab my neck and my feet leaving the ground. Abigail face stared closely at my eyes like the grim reaper.
"Didn't you hear me you fuckin lowlife"
I tried to open my mouth, to speak, to beg, or just to draw some air but all I did was fail, my limbs flawed as I tried desperately to escape her grip.
I felt death approaching and I couldn't help but wonder 'is this the misfortune the ability spoke about, isn't it too early to die, I haven't even lived a life, I have only existed, but what can I do'.
'Yes I have an EX talent and it's supposed to be a legendary feat, something that happens once I'm a blue moon'
So i tried activating my talent but I didn't even know what it could do, the description was too vague, my mana also would not sustain it for long and I was left weaker than I should have been after emptying my mana reserves which was a miserable 1 point
'F*ck…, is this the supposed EX talent'
Looking down I noticed the two students in blue robes who brought the crystal ball trying to pull Abigail hand off me but they would have had better luck if the wished the sun turned ice cold.
Her vice grip held firm.
"What… do you finally hear me brat, I thought you were high and mighty"
'wait is she jealous?' a weird thought popped into my head
At this point I could have sworn she was a demon in human clothing, too bad this demon was not in hell, it was staring right at me with a red eyes that only further emphasized her devilish beauty and the fatal nature of my predicament.
So close to Abigail I could smell her perfume, maybe I would have appreciated her beauty if we were in any other situation
My eyes scanned the crowd of students screaming a silent plea for help but the others in the hall were kids like me who were yet to awaken, also I had feeling no one from here was willing to risk their lives for me.
I have been hanging like this for a while, my flaying hands had stopped, being too weak to continue. Her tight grip had cut the connection between my brain and my heart. The absence of blood flow to my head was already making me dizzy.
Just as I was drawing my last breath, I see a rather blury silhouette walked calmly towards the stage. a hand touched Abigail shoulder from behind her.
With that simple touch she let me go.
From my suspended state, I fell… hard!.
Finally escaping the breathless minutes but instead of catching my breath I was desperately crawling from the mad girl who almost ended my existence. Only after putting sufficient distance between us did I finally catch my breath.
Coughing wildly

I looked at the newly arrived man who seemed to have just appeared out of thin air, observing him closely, he was very tall, had blond hair, blue eyes and perfectly white teeths, he looked like the ideal main character of any novel. He wore a casual long neck green shirt and rather short pants. He was Master Green who I saw at the gate on entry.
His statement of me really wanting to live made me realize he was probably as crazy as Abigail.
He turned to Abigail
" Princess how many time have I warned you to control your anger, you guilding this occasion is already punishment for your behavior the other day but you still haven't learnt"
Abigail head was lowered showing how sorry she was
In my mind I was overjoyed 'yes, punish her… wait did he just say princess' then I remembered how close we had been a moment ago when she grabbed me by the neck and pulled me closer. My face gained a red hue, I have never been so close to a girl much less a princess
He turned to me sharply
"What are you thinking, scoundrel?" His eyes were not so kind anymore. He seemed more angry that I looked at the princess that way than that she almost cut my fragile life short in front of all these witnesses. She gets a literal slap on the wrist while I get this.
'Would they have killed everyone to have no witnesses?. Who knows what goes on in the minds of crazy people' I thought
With her being from the royal family, I'm sure there could silence everyone here
"Come with me" he didn't wait for a response, just started walking. Noticing that Abigail was staring at me with calm eyes that I found creepy, I ran after Mr Green leaving the hall behind me.
Everyone still in the hall was staring at the princess with a mixture of fear and shock, murmuring echoed in the background.
Meanwhile I was busy following Mr Green, he didn't turn back once, just kept making sharp turns now and again believing that I'm still following him.
At some point I spoke
"Where are we going"
He turned back to me ignoring my question
"You will probably become someone high up in society… you must forgive the princess, what she did is not her fault"
'Not her fault, not her fault, not her fault' I had so much anger in me but I didn't show it, it would be stupid showing animosity towards her with my position
" She is my princess, my life belongs to her. I wouldn't dare hold anything against her" I said
" You don't have to lie to me, I can tell you are very angry, my talent is related to emotions"
