"So that's it! Alright then! You are one of the Seven Archons, after all. You wouldn't deceive me, right?" Illustrious retrieved the claw of the north wind from the gnosis space and handed it to Barbatos. "But that's strange. This dragon claw should have been black, right? Why did it turn blue?"
After taking it, Barbatos looked at the claw of the north wind, which should have been black, and said as expected, "Just as I thought. It seems you possess the Power of Purification!"
"Power of Purification? What is that?" Illustrious asked confusedly.
"It is the power to purify the Abyss, and it's a formidable power! Please, could you purify the Abyss corruption on Stormterror?" Barbatos said, lowering his head after returning the claw of the north wind to Illustrious.
"It's an Evil Dragon! Why should I help purify it? Speaking of which, I should be asking you why you're helping this Evil Dragon!" Illustrious asked, pointing at Barbatos, puzzled.
Barbatos explained, "Actually, this dragon is not a bad child. It is Dvalin, the Dragon of the East Wind, one of the Four Winds of Mondstadt City!"
"The reason it became this evil-doing menace is actually because a long time ago, there was a dragon named Durin."
"It came to Mondstadt City and caused destruction everywhere. Dvalin fought Durin to protect Mondstadt City. Although he defeated Durin, he consumed Durin the Dragon's Poisoned Blood during the fight, which led to his sanity being eroded, causing Dvalin to rampage everywhere."
Illustrious said, suddenly enlightened, "So that's what happened! In that case, he's actually a good dragon. Luckily, you diverted him when I was about to kill Dvalin, otherwise, I would have been the culprit who killed the Dragon of the East Wind!"
"Could you please lend a hand with purifying Dvalin?" Barbatos pleaded with Illustrious.

After seeing the Poisonous Thorn on Dvalin's back vanish completely, Illustrious clapped her hands, then flew back towards Barbatos, saying happily, "The Dragon of the East Wind has been fully purified by me! Now he will return to his original form and continue guarding Mondstadt like before, right?"

The Dragon of the East Wind slowly woke up. Seeing the God of Wind, he happily squinted his eyes and nudged Barbatos with his head. Barbatos gently stroked the Dragon of the East Wind's head.
After the person and the dragon shared a moment of affection, the God of Wind said to Illustrious, "Give me your skyward blade! I'll help you max out its level."
"Really? That's great! Thank you for the trouble!" Illustrious took out the skyward blade and handed it to Barbatos.
Barbatos, holding the skyward blade, swung the Single-Handed Sword, then immediately retrieved the necessary Upgrade Materials from his gnosis space, and finally combined the two.
The skyward blade immediately burst forth with blinding light. Within the light, the skyward blade's level upgraded all the way from Level 1 to Level 100. After reaching the max level, the light finally disappeared. Once the successful enhancement was complete, Barbatos returned the skyward blade to Illustrious.
Illustrious took the skyward blade and held it in her hand. She looked at it, feeling disappointed that its appearance hadn't changed—there was no glowing effect or anything after max enhancement—but it felt exceptionally good to hold.
She swung it forcefully towards a distant mountain, and a snow-white Cryo Crescent Blade nearly Three Zhang wide shot out from the sword body.
"Boom!" The mountain hit was instantly destroyed. The sheer power astonished Illustrious. Heavens! This is too incredible! Hahaha, with this weapon, she can be invincible!

"I'm glad you're satisfied. Well then, let's meet again if fate allows!" After saying this, Barbatos immediately leaped onto Dvalin's back.
"Mhm! See you again if fate allows, Barbatos." Illustrious replied, looking up.
Dvalin lowered his head and said to Illustrious, "Thank you! Without your help, I might still be destroying Mondstadt City, the place I'm supposed to protect."
"You are the Dragon of the East Wind of Mondstadt City! It's only right that I help you! You're being too polite!" Illustrious said, shaking her hands in front of her chest.
