Chapter 19 - Chapter 16 Festival and Keigan

Before starting, I just wanted to say I'm sorry for not posting, firstly I was sick AND on my period so you can imagine the pain🥀 Then when I actually managed to finish the chapter Inkstone kept shutting down and wouldn't post the chapter😭💔 But I managed to post. Thank you guys for waiting💗🙏🏻

Cristina's Pov

It's been a few days since they announced the festival week.

And since that day, Rakki and I have been planning what Section C is going to do

And I've seen Section E come over sometimes to also practice their singing and dancing, although Jay mostly comes over to hang out with me since she's only going to participate in the Mr. Pretty and Miss Handsome competition.

Today is finally the festival and the singing competition isn't till the third day, so me and Rakki still have some time.

 Other schools will also be joining us to see everyone perform.

I was helping Rakki with the decorations when I looked over and saw a girl talking to Yuri.

I felt...uncomfortable? Or mad?

Or jealous..?

I shook my head, there's no way I'm jealous.

I mean, this is Yuri we're talking about. The boy my older brother has been friends with since grade school

So yeah. There's no way I have feelings for him

Rakki looked at me and saw me glancing at Yuri "Oh?" she raised her eyebrows

I looked at her "What?" I frowned

"You're jealous" She grinned

"No I'm not." 

"Yes you are"

"No I'm not"

"Whatever helps you sleep at night" she laughed

I rolled my eyes and continued hanging up decorations

--A few hours later--

Rakki and I went back home to change into normal clothes instead of our Uniforms, and when we got back to the school it was super crowded

There were people from other schools but mostly from HVIS

The suddenly we heard the announcement 

"Please proceed to the auditorium. The program will start in 15 minutes."

People started walking towards the auditorium. 

There isn't a competition today as it's the first day, but each section has to set up a stand so that the other students from different schools can check them out. We can either set up a food stand, Games, or anything in general

Rakki and I started walking when I saw Keifer walking towards me, his face serious

"What happened?" I asked as soon as he approached me

"I have to go back home. Keigan is having another episode" He looked clearly tensed

I felt my eyebrows knit "Should I also come?" I asked, worried

He shook his head "No need"

I sighed "I still think I should go"

"No it's okay I can handle him." He turned away and stared walking to his car

I turned and looked at Rakki, she looked worried as well.

Keifer's Pov

We had just arrived at the festival. Since we're section E, we weren't included for the first day, we only have night guard and garbage cleaning duties.

Jay, David, Ci-n, and Felix came with me in my car

Jay, Ci-n, and David had already left to go to the food stands and Felix and I went over to where Kit, Mayo, and Yuri were hanging out.

Suddenly I got a phone call from Keiren, I frowned.

Keigan and Keiren both had a free day from school today, so I was a little confused on why he would call me, usually he would be lost in video games.

"Hello Keiren, is there a problem" I asked 

(Sorry Kuya for interrupting, but are you like busy right now?") 

I was starting to get worried 

"The program still hasn't started. Please Keiren tell me what's happening"

He went silent for a moment

("Kuya Keigan just locked himself in his room and he won't talk to me. I think he's having a panic attack")

I exhaled and ran a hand through my hair "Okay Keiren, don't worry I'm coming"

(Okay Kuya, Please come fast")

"I will" 

I hung up and sighed again

Yuri looked at me "Keif, what's wrong"

"Keiren just called me, I have to go home" 

He frowned "Did something happen?" 

I shook my head "Nothing I can't handle" I started looking for Cristina and found her standing near her stand with Rakki

I rushed inside the house and saw Keiren standing in front of Keigan's room

"What happened? He still hasn't calmeddown?" I asked as I approached him 

He shook his head "No" he muttered

I exhaled and tried opening the door but it was still locked 

"Keigan" I muttered, tapping on the door "Let me in"

I heard shuffling inside "Keigan open the door" I tried again

I stayed silent for a few moments when I heard the lock click

He unlocked the door.

I immediately opened the door and saw Keigan, except he was acting like nothing had happened

"Oh, you're here Kuya? I thought you had a festival at your school."

I froze, I still don't completely understand his condition. 

"Yeah...I just came home because Keiren called me" I replied, confused on why he is acting like that

Keigan looked at Keiren "It's okay Keiren, you didn't have to call Kuya. I'm here to help you"

Keiren looked confused "Kuya?" he asked "Do you not remember what just happened?"

Keigan stared at him "...No? Am I supposed to remember something?" 

Keiren looked at me, confusion and worry filled his eyes

I shook my head "It's okay Keiren, just head downstairs while I talk to Keigan okay?"

He nodded and started walking away

Keigan looked at me "Did something happen Kuya?"

I sighed, "Let's talk in your room" 

He nodded and entered his room, I entered behind him and shut the door

"Keigan" I began "Do you not remember anything that happened in the past hour? Like anything at all?" I asked, my voice filled with worry

He shook his head "No, I remember being downstairs with Keiren then everything went dark... that's when i knew he took over"

I frowned "He? Who is He?" I asked, confused 

He looked down

"Keigan" i called out "What's wrong?"

"Did I hurt Keiren? Please tell me I didn't" He looked up and panicked

My eyes widened when he suddenly started yelling "No Keigan you didn't hurt anyone. You just locked yourself in your room" I tried calming him down

He exhaled and visibly relaxed 

"Keigan, who is he?" I asked 

He stayed quiet for a moment "I don't feel ready to talk about it Kuya."

I just nodded, I knew pushing him wouldn't do anything.

Once I knew everyone was alright, I left to go to the festival again.

Once I arrived, the program had already been over. I didn't mind because all they were doing for the program was explain the events for the festival and now the students can just hang out and visit stands

I walked over to where Cristina and Rakki had set up their stands.

Cristina looked up and saw me "How's Keigan? Everything good?" she asked 

I nodded "He locked himself in his room and wouldn't come out, and once he calmed down he unlocked the door. But what concerned me was that he had no memory of what happened"

She looked confused "Like nothing at all?"

I shook my head "Nothing, he just said that he remembers sitting with Keiren then everything went black. Then he said that's when he knew he took over"

Now she looked confused and worried "Who the hell is He?"

"I don't know, when i asked he said he didn't want to talk about it"

She let out a deep breath "I'll talk to him later. You know, he likes me more for sure" she grinned

I playfully rolled my eyes and walked over to the rest of section e.
