Snow was falling, soft and cold, dusting the black iron gates of Lucian's estate.
I'm at Lucian's gate now. Yeah, I can do this.

I pressed the horn. Men came out—Lucian's bodyguards.
"Mr. Henry, good day."
"Open the gate."
"Sorry, but Mr. Lucian didn't give us ord—"
"Are you sick? This is the boss's best friend. Do you want to end up gone?" another guard screamed. "Sorry, sir. I'll open it now."
Soon I was inside the compound. Now, where is Camilla? I can't believe she actually called. She actually cares.
I went in immediately. The men in black opened the main door.
"Amelia…" She was so close to me.
"Uncle Henry!" Her children ran to me, hugging my legs. I always bought them chocolate before, even though Amelia hated me as she does now.
"No chocolate today. Go to the car." I smiled, looking at the other cars in the compound. It must be theirs.
"Promise you'll buy chocolate next time?"
"Promise." I held Winnie as the three ran toward the car.
