"What do you think happened to Simon?" Asked Jaime as we all look at both Jude and Simon talking with one another outside. "Simon is definitely not like this," said John as he took a bite in his food. "That's not the Simon I know," said Andrew. I think he forgot to eat and just watched Simon and Jude. "Of course he isn't, Andrew. He already met Yeshua. Definitely the only reason for Simon's changes," I said then took a bite from my pancake.
James looked at us confusedly before asking, "why? What's the matter between Jude and him?" Andrew quickly shook his head, "nothing serious. Just my brother being himself," answered Andrew, making Yeshua quickly look at him and raise both His eyebrows. I elbowed Andrew while looking at Yeshua and gladly, Andrew noticed. "I-I meant Simon's past self," Andrew corrects himself. Yeshua nodded and continued eating His pancake.
"There they come!" Said Thomas as he tried to 'act normal' as if he wasn't watching the two just now. The boys simultaneously ate their food while I just watched them and slowly turned my eyes towards Jude and Simon walking towards us.
Jude then sat beside James while Simon walked towards us—by 'us' I meant Andrew and I. "He's coming, he's coming!" I whispered Andrew as I hit his knee while I'm looking down, trying so hard to avoid Simon's eyes. "You don't have to tell me twice! I can feel his presence!" Whispered back Andrew as he tried to stop me from hitting his knee. "I'm glad you're able to join us, Simon," said Yeshua, making Simon's steps stop and Andrew and I looked at each other then looked at Yeshua.
"Yes, Teacher," said Simon as he put both his hands in his pockets. "He put his hands in his pockets!" I whispered to Andrew again. "I know! A very very rare occurence!" Whispered Andrew back. Both hands in Simon's pockets only meant one thing! He's ashamed of what he did wrong and wants to atone!
"Brother, could you give me a space to sit in?" Asked Simon, making Andrew flinch but quickly moved his chair closer to me, and I moved my chair closer to Jaime. "Ask Andrew what has he done?!" Whispered Jaime to me, making me realize that… Oh, boy… Simon's gonna sit beside Matthew. "You definitely made a great mistake in this one," I whispered to Andrew. "What? Why?" He whispered back. "Matthew and Simon beside one another?" I answered.
Andrew looked at me then slowly put his hand on his mouth while looking at me with wide eyes. I can feel Jamie looking at Andrew from behind me. I quickly looked at Matthew and saw the poor guy gulped.
"After we all finished eating, why don't we go outside for some fresh air? Mm?" Asked Yeshua with a smile while looking at each one of us. "Yes, Teacher," said John with a smile. "I definitely going to need that too," whispered Andrew as he took a bite of his food. Not long after, Alfeo walked out of the staff room carrying a plate for Simon. "Thank you," thanked Simon as soon as Alfeo placed the plate in front of him.
