Cole looked around in the darkness trying to find any other thing apart from the shiny point of light in the distance.
He was soon disappointed, though, as the only thing in his immediate surroundings was plain darkness.
The darkness was extremely uncomfortable for Cole since it felt alive, like it could swallow him if he stayed for too long.
"Where is this, and how did I get here?" Cole asked again.
His mind tried thinking of answers to his questions, but he just couldn't find any.
"What is that point of light?" he asked again.
He tried moving his body as best as he could towards the distant point, but after a long while of weird motions, he barely moved an inch.
"This isn't working, how do I get there then?"
He thought back to where he last remembered himself to be, and a new point came to his mind.
"Could this space be associated with the Codex?"
The more he thought about it, the more likely it became.
"It must be."
