Chapter 94: Movie Series — The Awakening of the Strongest Creature on Earth
Mo Yu felt at ease regarding Ichigo Kurosaki.
In terms of realm, the Purity system Mo Yu had personally pioneered had been walked to its absolute limit by Ichigo. He had even innovated upon it, carving out his own path and state of being, with divine abilities that were becoming increasingly unfathomable.
In terms of combat power, Ichigo had been tested in the fires of actual battle. Mo Yu could even confidently say that even the Soul King of a million years ago—at his absolute peak with both world-body and world-will coexisting—would not necessarily be able to defeat the current Ichigo, a King of Purity who had weathered a war spanning both Apocalypse and Genesis.
In terms of will and execution, Mo Yu was even more reassured. The Purity-version Ichigo lacked the aimless whining and indecisiveness common in Japanese manga protagonists; he increasingly leaned toward the fierce resolve of a Hong Kong Manhua powerhouse—if you can't decide on a problem, give it several rounds of iron-fist pummeling first.
Though a formal title hadn't been granted yet, within the Heaven Media Group created by this newly ascended God, Ichigo, the King of Purity, could not be categorized merely as an Angel. He was an existence at the level of a Horseman of the Apocalypse, a projection of God's own will in a specific aspect.
And Ichigo did not disappoint Mo Yu's trust.
He simply strolled forward, step by step, yet each stride shattered the invisible barriers of the world bubbles, achieving a "World Jump." To be honest, this was an extremely inconceivable feat. But to Ichigo, after accidentally falling into another bubble during the first collision and thinking about it for a moment, he naturally "understood" how to move between them.
This was the Perfect Realm owned only by Ichigo, which no other martial artist had yet touched. It was no longer a matter of simply learning a move upon seeing it; even a "phenomenon" experienced only once would be instantly deciphered and understood, becoming a part of his power and technique.
The "growth" of Ichigo Kurosaki, King of Purity, had far from stopped. As he said himself: now, he could do anything!
In the Karakura Town of a certain world bubble, Uryu Ishida was using his Reishi Blasting Fist to brawl with Vasto Lorde Ichigo. The battle was tragic and intense. As a martial artist, Uryu's power was matchless and his battle intent eternal, but he could do nothing against the Vasto Lorde, who was in a state of liberated potential. An enemy like Ulquiorra at his second release was merely the floor of this form's combat power, not the ceiling.
Uryu was strong, but the Vasto Lorde was stronger!
Fighting to his heart's content, Uryu muttered: "As expected of Ichigo... even in such an impure state, he's still potent!"
At that moment, a relaxed and gentle voice rang out:
"Ishida-kun, sorry to interrupt. But this guy shouldn't be in this world, so I must deport him. Naturally, the same goes for you—I'll send you back first!"
Before Uryu could react, a silhouette with hands in pockets appeared beside the Vasto Lorde. The monster reacted, but it was too late. Ichigo's hand reached out, gripped its head, and pressed it downward.
The Vasto Lorde's face slammed into the dirt. Then, Ichigo charged forward casually, turning the monster into a human bulldozer, plowing through the ground. Uryu suddenly grew alert because Ichigo was driving the Vasto Lorde straight toward him while reaching out his other hand!
"Ichigo, you—"
Uryu realized the possibility, but before that hand—which was slow yet fast, as if breaking the sequence of time where the result appeared before the process—awareness was meaningless.
But being comrades after all, Uryu wasn't pressed into the dirt like the monster. He was simply grabbed by the face and carried along as Ichigo charged ahead.
In the world bubble where that Vasto Lorde originated, within the desert of Las Noches, Ulquiorra Cifer tilted his head in total confusion. He had no idea where the transformed Ichigo had gone. Nearby, Orihime and Uryu were equally baffled. Suddenly, space shattered. A figure rushed in amidst a cloud of dust.
With a casual toss, a black mass was thrown like a cannonball. Ulquiorra instinctively held out his hands to block, only to be blasted back a hundred meters. When he steadied himself, the dusty figure had already shattered the void and vanished. Ulquiorra looked down to find he was holding the Vasto Lorde Ichigo who had mysteriously disappeared moments ago.
The hollow-like eyes of the Vasto Lorde blazed with a terrifying, furious fire.
In the original world bubble, space shattered as Ichigo rushed into the Quincy Empire. With a flick of his wrist, he tossed Uryu Ishida out. Uryu performed several backflips to land. Just as he was about to complain, he saw Ichigo had already vanished through the void again.
In another world bubble, inside a secret basement, Momo Hinamori was humming a tune while fiddling with some small tools. She was waiting for the unconscious Aizen—who had a massive bump on his head—to wake up so she could give him a "super-invincible surprise." Suddenly, a powerful figure crashed through the wall:
"Sorry. I understand your feelings, but I have to say: if you have something to confess, please use your fists on the Aizen of your own world..."
"No, wait—!"
Momo cried out, but Ichigo had no intention of listening. He reached out and grabbed her face, dragging her away and smashing through the opposite wall. Above, the Shin'o Academy fell into panic, for Ichigo hadn't braked; he had rampaged through the school, crushing a path directly to the basement.
The local Aizen woke up soon after. He touched the bump on his head and looked at the tools left nearby. A dark shadow of "blackening" spread across his once green and bright face.
Clearly, Aizen had realized the darkness and danger of the Seireitei. Even if one followed the rules, calamity could not be avoided. Because of this, the ambition for "absolute peace of mind" began to sprout in his heart!
Ichigo continued his run, treading the path of shattered void between world bubbles, acting as a human super-transport vehicle for efficient deportation. His momentum was unstoppable!
The collision of twenty-six bubbles meant the number of intruders was far greater than imagined. It wasn't just named characters, or hundreds of people—it was a phenomenon involving tens of thousands. It wasn't even limited to people; in the most violent collision, half of the Soul King Palace fell onto the Kurosaki family clinic.
The local Ichigo of that world opened his eyes to find a massive hole in his ceiling and a naked man with no arms or legs lying next to him.
The collision had literally shaken the Soul King out of His palace, giving that Ichigo a rather "bizarre" coming-of-age story. It was only "coming-of-age" because the Monk and the Zero Division were currently grabbing that Ichigo by the neck, screaming at him to take responsibility for profaning the King.
As for how to take responsibility, that Ichigo didn't need to think about it. A radiant figure rushed in, used both fists and feet to blast the Zero Division and the King back into the palace, then kicked the palace itself into a spatial rift. The "Coming-of-Age Story" was canceled before it even began, leaving the local Ichigo staring in shock, wondering if he was still dreaming.
To the Purity Ichigo, deporting tens of thousands or more made no difference. He could do anything! Even miracles beyond human imagination were merely natural phenomena produced when he clenched his fists and punched.
While Ichigo's efficiency was legendary, Mo Yu, as God, would not be outdone. His job was simple: oversee and scan the bubbles through Omniscience, analyze the problems, determine the timelines and world-line divergences, and take control of the Soul King remains in each world.
The core of the Bleach manga is the Soul King. Control the King, and many problems solve themselves.
However, Mo Yu encountered some resistance. Not every King was a mindless shell. Some had sanity; others had changed due to plot shifts—like the zombie-corpse King in a Reishi-stagnation world, or the Hell-Soul King in a world swallowed by the abyss.
Mo Yu simply observed for now, taking over the easy ones first. Once he had surveyed the whole lot, he had a clear picture and began to think deeply.
There are always more solutions than problems. To Mo Yu, the issues of the twenty-six bubbles were trivial. What he truly needed to contemplate was his attitude as God when facing multiple worlds.
Ever since he thought of turning the Bleach world into a Heaven Media production dojo, he knew his journey wouldn't end with one world. He would have many "territories" eventually; how should he arrange them?
Back then, it was just a vague idea. Mo Yu wasn't the type to open a breakfast stall and immediately start drafting an IPO pitch to fleece investors. He was a practical man. But now, with twenty-six worlds piled under his nose, he had to take it seriously.
A macro, unified order was necessary. But how to achieve it?
The War of Genesis in the first bubble was a good template, but repeating it twenty-six times seemed out of place. Besides, Mo Yu had other ideas.
Mo Yu had a slight "hoarder" streak from gaming; he loved seeing "x99" in his inventory. Having twenty-six bubbles made him want to eventually reach "999+." Fighting twenty-six Genesis wars would make him vomit.
Unified order was a must. However, Mo Yu immediately rejected a total "Great Unification" system. As a writer, he knew systems weren't perfectly scalable. A system that works for a village of a hundred households won't work for a nation of millions.
In sociological terms, every system has an "administrative cost" determined by population and social complexity. If the cost is too high, the system becomes bloated and useless; too low, and social problems erupt. Stability only exists in a specific range. Some sociologists argue that human systems can't adapt to interstellar scales without collapsing. Mo Yu didn't necessarily agree, but he understood the direction.
Every world bubble carried the name of a "World"; their populations combined would soon reach astronomical figures. Unless Mo Yu sought out high-tech help from other bubbles, a "Grand World Government" would be a logistical nightmare.
After much thought, he decided on a simple management framework first. The rest could be solved through practice.
Mo Yu switched his screen back to video recording and editing software. God gripped his mouse and keyboard, throwing himself into his work.
In the various bubbles, while Ichigo was busy deporting people, the lingering influence was fermenting.
In one world, a Byakuya whose wife had long passed away had crossed into a bubble from hundreds of years ago—back when the Gotei 13 was newly formed. He wanted to stay forever just to love his wife one more time. (The local Byakuya's feelings on the matter were ignored; the intruder told his counterpart to "be more open-minded"). Even after being deported by Ichigo, he kept looking for ways to cross back through the cracked barriers.
In another, a Hell that had swallowed its Three Worlds saw dozens of new Three Worlds next door and grew manically restless.
Such events were brewing across the multiverse.
Finally, God finished His temporary task. With a wave of His hand, His authority covered the worlds.
Screens—Heavenly Screens—emerged across the skies of every world bubble. They were mystical; no matter where you stood or at what angle you looked, you were always facing the center. They appeared on every smooth surface: windows, mirrors, the sky itself.
Residents of the World of the Living, Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, and even Hell looked up in shock. Before they could react, the screens lit up.
A ten-thousand-foot radiance erupted. In the center, a peerless fist punched forward with majesty enough to shake the heavens and pulverize the earth. The image froze. The characters for "Heaven Media" appeared around it, forming a logo.
Then, subtitles appeared:
