Chapter 92 - Chapter 92: World-Bubble Level Multi-Vehicle Collision

Chapter 92: World-Bubble Level Multi-Vehicle Collision

Mo Yu sat before his computer, his focus entirely on the departure of the World Ark. Seeing it actually "moving" through the Silver Sea, he let out a long sigh of relief.

He couldn't be blamed for such tension. Transforming a World Bubble into an Ark seemed simple on the surface, but the technical details were maddeningly complex. Disciplines like [World Bubble Structural Logic Analysis], [World Bubble Planning Principles], [World Bubble Architectural Engineering], and [White Paper Sea Navigation]—a total of over a dozen subjects—were all essential and demanded rigorous precision.

All these fields of knowledge had been researched and devised by the Omniscience Authority in his mind while construction was already underway!

Mo Yu hadn't been nervous at first, but seeing the complexity, his anxiety spiked. Fortunately, the Omniscience Authority possessed the "Innate Civil Engineering Holy Body"—the talent of a Supreme Cement-Mixer. It had managed to cobble together a complete set of academic theories and blueprints from scratch and put them into practice.

Once the Ark officially set sail, Mo Yu reached his limit. Though he knew there were still some "after-shocks" settling within the World Bubble, he chose to trust in Ichigo Kurosaki's iron fists. He didn't intend to watch until the very end. Shaking, he stood up from his computer chair and shuffled toward his bed.

Having linked his senses to the Soul King's body to brawl with various powerhouses until their spirits sublimated, Mo Yu had taken his fair share of beatings. During the heat of the moment, with Purity in his brain and blood boiling, mere "pain" was easily ignored. But now that things had settled and the hot-bloodedness had faded, he felt everything was wrong: backaches, muscle soreness, and leg cramps.

Well, he couldn't rule out that this was just from sitting at the computer for too long. Regardless, the moment his head hit the pillow, he fell fast asleep.

In his slumber, Mo Yu had a long-lost dream.

In the dream, a radiant Divine Being with countless wings shimmering behind Him emerged from the void. He was speaking to Mo Yu.

Exactly what He said, Mo Yu couldn't hear clearly. The voice seemed shielded and devoured by an invisible force, becoming intermittent and fragmented. The broken meanings reaching Mo Yu's ears seemed to concern the birth of darkness and horror, and the spread of ruin and the "End"—sensationalist information, regardless.

"This is the final message... immeasurable universes... sinking in horror... chaos is spreading... my successor... you must, as soon as possible..."

As soon as possible what? Mo Yu didn't catch it.

He simply clenched his fist instinctively. Then, he threw that clenched fist at the radiant Divine Being who was disturbing his sleep and rambling incoherently!

The power of this punch was "potent" beyond description, as if billions of muscular martial artists were roaring in unison, unleashing a matchless killing force capable of pummeling any size or scale of chaotic darkness back into a Genesis.

The Divine Being was struck squarely in the face. A smile—either of relief or helplessness—appeared on His visage before He completely disintegrated.

Mo Yu woke up instantly. He instinctively checked the time; only three hours had passed since he fell asleep. Unexpectedly, his energy and spirit felt incredibly replenished. Recalling the dream, he had a moment of realization.

His Godhood was not something he created, but inherited. The dream was the final "residue" of the inheritance process—the last lingering shadow of the Old Testament God who had ascended as a mystical ascetic.

Whatever that shadow wanted to say or do didn't matter. Because Mo Yu's subconscious spirituality, in that final moment, had delivered the clearest and most resolute "Rejection"!

Mo Yu didn't know yet what he had rejected, but he knew it was a fundamental decision of the "Self." Thus, he had no intention of pursuing it, only reflecting on the information the shadow had conveyed.

Though fragmented, careful consideration revealed some meaning. Mo Yu had inherited the status of the previous God, and with it, he had inherited His "enemies." This was the pact etched into the transfer of status. The shadow was likely speaking of these things.

Mo Yu still remembered his first fall into the Silver Sea: the eerie darkness spreading, clashing with the Mountain of Heaven guarded by countless angels. The end had been obvious: the wings of billions of angels were clipped, and Heaven burned as it fell. The God seated within had reached out a finger, transferring everything He owned to a mortal who had accidentally fallen into the Silver Sea.

What that eerie darkness truly was, Mo Yu still didn't know. However, he began to ponder a question: Was it really a "chance coincidence" for a mortal like me to fall into the Silver Sea and inherit the Godhood of a mystical monk?

At that moment, the Omniscience Authority operating alongside his thoughts provided a thought-provoking answer:

[It can be, and it can also not be!]

The Authority seemed to tell him that for God, there is no difference between coincidence and necessity; it only depends on whether He wishes it to be so. It was a solipsistic answer. If Mo Yu felt it was a coincidence, then it was a clean stroke of luck. If he felt it wasn't, then a series of causalities would be born. Everything was according to his will.

Mo Yu didn't ignore the answer, but he decided to set it aside. As for the "enemies" the old God faced, Mo Yu didn't care. He would do what he could; if the enemies actually found him, he would just fight.

Getting out of bed, he stretched his limbs. The physical and mental refreshment told him that with the passing of that final "residue," he was now truly a 100% pure, impurity-free Old Testament God. In the 3D material world, nothing fundamental changed, but he would no longer be plagued by strange information or weird dreams.

Before sleeping, he had tasked the little angels with monitoring the Bleach world. They were to sound the alarm if anything happened. Seeing everything was quiet, he went downstairs to grab some food.

When he sat back at the computer, he had hot soup in one hand and fried dough in the other, eating happily while checking on the world bubble.

The battle between Ichigo and Fisher was long over. Unsurprisingly, Fisher had lost. The Progenitor's descent required the total sacrifice of the Three Worlds to reach perfection; Fisher, in an imperfect state, had met an Ichigo who was at his peak and arguably beyond it. The outcome was a foregone conclusion. However, for some reason, Ichigo hadn't blasted Fisher to dust; he had sealed him instead.

Mo Yu didn't focus on the internal dynamics. He switched his perspective, leaping out of the bubble to observe from the Silver Sea.

The I-shaped World Ark was still "moving" through the boundless sea.

The quotation marks were because the Ark's movement differed greatly from real ships. Since the Silver Sea wasn't a real "sea," every standard movement was an uninterrupted cycle of diving and surfacing every second—refreshing its relative coordinate system through U-shaped motions. Mo Yu didn't care for the physics; the [Silver Sea Navigation] manual compiled by his Authority was already as thick as a dictionary and was still being updated.

Mo Yu was pondering a serious question: Where should the Ark go? How should the route be planned?

The material used for the Ark was an old, structurally damaged World Bubble on the verge of collapse. Its service life and safety were major question marks. This wasn't a construction issue, but a raw material issue. The Ark wasn't built for long-distance voyages; its purpose was to give the inhabitants a chance at mass immigration before their world ended. Thus, it needed ports, supplies, and—most importantly—a destination.

As he thought, Mo Yu suddenly frowned. For some reason, the brilliant Silver Sea was turning dark and muddy. It looked like standing on a beach and seeing black clouds suddenly press down on the horizon.

The Omniscience Authority immediately gave feedback: [Detection of a "Swell" of unknown scale and cause in the Silver Sea.]

Mo Yu didn't know whether to lament the "weather" of the Silver Sea or the Ark's terrible luck—hitting a storm just hours after departure. He immediately switched perspectives and spoke to Ichigo inside the bubble:

"Ichigo. The Ark has set sail, but unfortunately, a sudden storm has hit. Under the impact, unknown phenomena might occur within the bubble. Be prepared!"

Ichigo's expression turned solemn. He nodded. "Don't worry. As long as it's within this world, I can do anything!"

With his matchless Purity, Ichigo could not only look down upon the world but also "glance" outward to sense mysterious information from beyond the bubble. He, too, felt the pressure.

The "Swell" arrived faster than expected. In Mo Yu's vision, the Silver Sea turned from muddy to deep black in an instant. The World Ark was tossed violently. Structural damage appeared.

The good news: Mo Yu finally knew how the structural damage causing the "Void Calamity" in Bleach started. The second good news: At this rate, Mo Yu wouldn't have to worry about the Ark's "service life," because if he didn't do something, it would disintegrate on the spot.

Inside the bubble, there was no cataclysmic change visible to mortals. But Ichigo, watching the horizon, saw the scenery becoming blurry—like dropped frames in a video—before "disappearing" entirely. A second later, it reappeared, but it wasn't real anymore; it was just an informational rendering of the bubble.

A deep sorrow surfaced in Ichigo's eyes. He sensed the world's whisper. It was the world's "gentleness": even if only a scrap of land remained, it would use endless dreams to decorate the void until the last piece fell asleep in the dark.

Such gentleness... Ichigo COULD NOT ACCEPT IT!!!

100% Absolute Realm power erupted. Boundless light illuminated the world, forcibly supporting and solidifying the operation of all things!

In that instant, every being in the bubble saw it. Most didn't know why Ichigo was doing this, but a few sensed the problem and unleashed their own power to contribute to the world's maintenance. The entire Ark blazed with light. For a moment, the dark waves of the Silver Sea seemed trivial.

But only "seemed." Mo Yu knew this couldn't last. No matter how strong Ichigo was, he was limited to the interior. Resisting wave after wave from the outside was unrealistic.

In this crisis, Mo Yu had no time to think. He had to use an old idea.

Under his command, the Kingdom of Heaven—which had been a screen background in his computer—vibrated and erupted with brilliant light. The glow pierced through his monitor, illuminating his rented room.

In the "stormy" Silver Sea, right above the Bleach Ark, a brilliant light descended. In its center, the Kingdom of Heaven manifested. It was a towering, holy mountain, with rays of holy light acting as rainbows connecting the four directions, radiating a majestic aura.

Heaven descended, shedding light to shield the Bleach Ark!

The Ark was temporarily safe, but Mo Yu didn't relax. The impact was now being borne by Heaven, and Heaven was wobbling. You couldn't blame Heaven; in terms of damage, Heaven was in far worse shape than the Bleach bubble.

Once guarded by billions of angels and divided into countless realms, the Mountain of Heaven was now a bare hill—only the very peak remained, the rest having vanished. Still, being able to tank the storm spoke to its extraordinary essence.

It bought time. The little infant angels descended along the light.

Inside the bubble, Ichigo looked up and saw divine light falling from outside the world. Mysterious beings descended—spheres of light with baby faces, each as large as a mountain, their gossamer wings spreading wide.

Once they landed, these infant angels pulled out wrenches, screwdrivers, and chainsaws. To the accompaniment of passionate sacred music, they began to work manically on the Ark, performing emergency repairs. It was a scene that was hard to classify as either theology or high-fantasy.

Extending his gaze outside the world, Ichigo whispered: "Tsk. I thought the Spectator was just a fan of the Bible. I didn't think he was actually God."

As a web novelist, Mo Yu always thought three steps ahead. When he decided to refine the Ark, he thought Heaven might serve as a "Dry Dock" or a "Port." Of course, it was just a theory. Heaven was also a World Bubble—his "Natal Bubble." Merging it with another bubble was risky.

He had planned to research this slowly, but the storm forced his hand.

Luckily, there was no rejection. Heaven successfully accommodated the Bleach Ark. However, Mo Yu realized the Heaven "Dock" wasn't much safer than the Ark itself in this storm. To avoid becoming the only God in myth to have his "House" blown away by a sea breeze, Mo Yu got ruthless.

"Heaven! Switch to Rocket Mode!!!"

Heaven didn't have a "Rocket Mode," but that didn't stop it from undergoing structural changes upon command. Having refined the Bleach bubble, the Omniscience Authority had enough "World Construction" experience to turn this into a power Mo Yu could use. He could now alter Heaven's structure. In fact, Heaven moving from the screen to the Sea was thanks to this authority.

The Heaven World Bubble distorted, transforming from a dock into a massive external rocket thruster loaded onto the Bleach World Ark!

"Full power! CHARGE!"

Under Mo Yu's command, the thruster ignited with holy flames! Combined, the Heaven/Bleach hybrid transformed into a majestic stream of light, tearing through gales and crushing waves as it shot into the distance.

The "Ark" structure was designed for movement, unlike the old bubble structure. But the price was clear: the "Durability" of these two damaged bubbles was being tested to the breaking point.

The sprint couldn't last forever. Mo Yu needed a goal. He decided on a direction!

Guided by Mo Yu's will, the Heaven-Bleach Rocket Ark adjusted its course. Soon, another World Bubble—tossed about by the storm—appeared in its path.

In the next instant, the Ark slammed straight into it.

"Oops. Too much horsepower..." Mo Yu muttered.

As he said, the Ark didn't stop. Like a bamboo skewer through a kebab, it impaled the new World Bubble and kept on flying.

In the Soul Society of the Bleach world—the old version—Ichigo Kurosaki was currently running like a dog, being hunted by Kenpachi Zaraki. Kenpachi looked bored, finding this "Ryoka" (intruder) uninteresting. He decided to end it.

Ichigo was filled with panic. He couldn't imagine beating a man his blade couldn't even scratch. He fought and fled, but he couldn't run forever. In an exchange, he took a brutal hit from Kenpachi!

From the left shoulder to the right abdomen.

Ichigo collapsed, looking up with unwilling eyes at Kenpachi's receding, bored silhouette. This was the moment where he was supposed to "power up" via Old Man Zangetsu. But in that instant, the world shuddered silently.

A figure tumbled out of the void. He looked around and saw the Ichigo lying in a pool of blood. He frowned slightly. With a tap of his toe, an incredible power acted on the boy, recomposing his wounds.

Then, the figure looked around at the heavens and earth, his frown deepening.

Kenpachi sensed the anomaly. He spun around, looking at the spot where the two Ichigos now stood.

"Oh? Two Ryokas now? Is this a clone or some other trick? Let me try it out!"

Surprise turned to ferocity. Kenpachi raised his blade and charged again!

The Ichigo on the ground was equally stunned. Because he was looking at... another "Self."
