Monster Executive – Lady Phosphor Dust
Lady Phosphor Dust was once respectfully called "Auntie" in the monsters' world. She was a fellow disciple, childhood friend, and sworn companion of the Monster Executive Ratty.
She was one of the rare intelligence-type monsters.
If Ratty was the Hidden Dragon, then Lady Phosphor Dust was a Young Phoenix on the same level.
In short, she was one of the very few monster strategists capable of fully understanding Ratty's 108 contingency pouches and actually putting them into action.
When she received the news of Ratty's death,
Lady Phosphor Dust, hereafter referred to as Auntie, was in London, England, acting as a tactician and leading monsters in an intense battle of wits against the local magical girls.
She had dug plenty of traps and set up countless schemes.
Although the success rate was a solid zero percent, the magical girl was, in the end, moved by Auntie's relentless persistence and retreated from London in a sorry state.
As one of the rare monsters who had "defeated" a magical girl head-on, massive exaggeration implied, Auntie took great pride in this achievement.
In the end, amid the enthusiastic send-off of London's monsters, Auntie accepted an invitation from the monster boss, Gentleman Square, boarded a first-class flight, and arrived in the Far East.
That's right.
She had come to complete the unfinished plans of her former schoolmate. Ratty's 108 contingency pouches could only be deciphered by someone from the same lineage.
It could be said that the attention of monsters across the entire world was now focused on the Far East.
Attention meant hype.
As long as she could publicly complete the encirclement and hunt of the Magical Girl Pure White's pet,
her fame would skyrocket, Ratty's posthumous schemes would become hot gossip, and she would rake in money by the truckload.
Unfortunately,
ideals were beautiful, and reality was painfully thin.
After Auntie finished deciphering Ratty's 108 pouches, she discovered that the once arrogant Magical Girl Pure White's pet seemed to have sensed the danger of their schemes and had vanished without a trace.
As expected of the magical pet that orchestrated Ratty's death. Its vigilance was extraordinary. If she followed Ratty's plans exactly, she would be counterplayed one hundred percent.
A surprise attack.
Auntie activated "Surprise Assault."
If Ratty excelled at creating hundreds of branching plans for a single target, backup plans, and backups of backups,
then Auntie's specialty was lurking in the shadows, gathering intelligence, and delivering a fatal strike. After all, her prototype was a gorgeous moth.
She prepared two approaches.
She arranged for Tokyo's monsters to methodically execute Ratty's legacy plans 17, 32, and 43, creating smokescreens to lull the missing magical pet into complacency.
Meanwhile, Auntie herself used her moth-type monster abilities to hide in the darkness, tailing Magical Girl Pure White in hopes of uncovering clues about the magical pet.
Sumimi Concert Venue
"You, hiding a similar melancholy
A pull that draws us together, despite our different natures"
…
Auntie, wearing the full disguise trio of hood, sunglasses, and mask, left the girls' live concert. Only then did she belatedly realize—
she had forgotten to gather intelligence again.
Sumimi's live shows were dangerously enchanting. Whenever their signature song played, it radiated an atmosphere that made people forget everything.
Auntie had already forgotten her mission seven or eight times because of it.
What was this, if not straight-up donating money to magical girls? At this rate, she would destroy her entire school's reputation.
After some deep reflection,
mostly because she had bought Sumimi merchandise and no longer had enough money for another ticket,
Auntie smoothly applied for funding from the monster boss, slipped back into the shadows, and began tailing Sumimi after the concert.
"We did great again today!" said the target, Magical Girl Pure White.
"Hehe, I practiced really hard!" replied Auntie's personal favorite, Misumi Uika.
"Giggle, you've been studying hard lately too. I often see you reading Inori's notes."
The two chatted back and forth. The conversation was light and mostly fluff, but the team atmosphere was excellent.
Then, after the two boarded the agency's black sedan, the moonlit sky was suddenly swallowed by dark clouds, and rain began to pour down in a rapid clatter.
"Hah…"
This phenomenon had occurred several times already.
Every time she tried to follow the magical girl after a concert, rain would start falling right after the magical girl got into the car.
Tokyo was in the rainy season to begin with.
Old houses growing mushrooms from constant rain were nothing unusual, but this coincidence happened too often. Auntie could only conclude that this was a deterrent tactic by the magical pet.
Unfortunately, as Ratty's fellow disciple, even if she did not have as many plans as him, she still had contingencies for things like "What if it hails in thirty-degree weather?"
Holding an umbrella,
Monster Auntie smiled calmly. The magical pet trying this hard to stop her only proved she was on the right path.
Victory.
Just as she was about to follow the car, a pink figure she knew all too well dashed past her.
A girl with a schoolbag balanced on her head sprinted through the rain at astonishing speed. Without monster-grade eyesight, it would have been impossible to catch her silhouette.
"Wah! Why is it raining so hard all of a sudden! I knew it, winning Sumimi tickets used up all my luck, boo hoo!"
And that unmistakably familiar voice.
"That's… Chihaya Anon!" Auntie stared in shock.
Wasn't the magical girl she had forced into retreat in Tokyo and London supposed to live out her days in a daze, haunted by Auntie's flawless schemes?
Why was she laughing and running around here?
"Hah…"
Sumimi's car was already gone. The operation was undeniably a failure, but Auntie's voice carried the heavy tone of a scheming villain.
"I've obtained unprecedented intelligence. It seems there's another variable to calculate. I'll retreat for now with my spoils, Sumimi merch."
Monster Executive Lady Phosphor Dust departed under her umbrella.
Magical Girl Pure White was far too strong to confront head-on. As for Misumi Uika of Sumimi, Auntie had bought her merchandise. As a devoted solo fan, how could she ever bring herself to harm her idol?
Magical Girl Crimson Sakura was not particularly strong offensively, but her speed stats were suspiciously over-the-top, making her another nightmare opponent.
According to intelligence from the monster boss, Gentleman Square, magical pets from Yokohama had also arrived in Tokyo.
In other words,
there were already three magical pets in the open, while the monsters had only one boss. The situation could not be more unfavorable.
However, none of them knew Auntie's true identity. All she had to do was wait, wait for the magical pets hiding in the shadows to reveal a flaw, then move to the next step.

PS
Yeah… you've probably all forgotten who Ratty is!
That's right. He's the guy from the last page of Chapter 10, the one who got skewered by a pink pig kitty's crystal arrow, earned Inori-chan 300 cat biscuits, and left behind 108 legacy plans to deal with magical pets before dying.
You're right, the magical pets have been dead for over twenty chapters now. Who even is this guy?
