A faint smile appeared on Caelan's face.
He knew very well that what the replicated staff had said was not everything it knew.
Moreover, this guy was definitely hiding even deeper secrets!
However, for the current Caelan, trying to dig out those secrets was still somewhat unrealistic.
So he gave the replicated staff a deep look and said in a calm tone,
"I hope that next time, you'll be able to provide more valuable intelligence. Otherwise, there won't be any meaning to our transaction."
After saying that, he picked up the wineglass on the table and took a small sip, then frowned slightly.
This stuff really wasn't as tasty as iced cola, but the tipsy feeling that came from occasionally taking a sip was actually quite nice.
On the other side, for some reason, the replicated staff felt as if Caelan was threatening it.
Although there was no threatening intent in Caelan's tone, the replicated staff still smelled a trace of danger—a scent of death.
