"What? I'm not wrong. She's a whore, a slut who destroyed our family."
Dominic's hands clenched tightly, his blood boiling.
Carlo smirked at his reaction, feeling satisfied.
Then he turned to his father, his rage returning.
"You're really going to make a servant your wife and the queen before you retire? Do you want our enemies to laugh at us?!"
"That decision is up for me to make, Carlo. And I've already made it. You might not be pleased by it, but I'm sorry, there's nothing you can do about it. I'm divorcing your mother as soon as she's found and I'm marrying Celeste."
Carlo grounded his teeth together in rage. He couldn't believe this. Everything was coming to an end, the family he dreamed of since he was a child right before his father cheated on his mother was about to die.
"Do you have no conscience?!" He yelled out. "Mother is miss—"
"You and I both know Glinda isn't missing," Dominic cut him off before he could finish. "You're hiding her."
