Feyra looked at all the dishes. She was spoilt for choice, unsure what to take. She looked at Shiba, who seemed to assess all the dishes first.
He then took a bowl and filled it with soup. The soup was yellow and had scallion in it. Feyra looked at it, not sure what it was and how it tasted.
Shiba took a spoon and started eating. He nodded, his eyes opening a little more, his head moving to the sides occasionally. "This is great."
She also took a bowl and took the same soup. Feyra took a spoon and tasted it. Her eyes went wide, her jaw slowed her chewing movements.
It's... Savory and sweet. The egg and corn work very well together with the scallion. Not only that... It's a bit thicker. Some more cornstarch must be in it.
She continued eating, savoring every single spoon. Feyra had never tasted anything like this before.
Shiba looked at her, smiling and chucking slightly. "Do you like it?"
Feyra nodded vigorously. "It tastes very good. I like egg."
