Feyra stood up again and turned around towards the forest. It may have been in the middle of the night still, but Feyra was sure the sun would be rising soon.
She saw an owl sitting in a tree and some other birds, that were already awake. Feyra locked eyes with the owl. The owl stared at her, before turning its head around once again.
What a funny owl. I haven't seen a lot of them yet.
She went further and got out of the forest until she saw a wide area in front of her with a slight incline. At the end of the road was the harbour city, with some bright points that could be seen. Those bright points were lanterns.
Not far from the city was a lighthouse, shining bright to guide the seafarers safely to the city. Feyra looked at it for a while. It was still dark but the sky got lighter.
Behind the city was the vast sea and beside it were fields and the storehouses.
I still have to walk a bit until I reach the city. Though it won't be long anymore.
