And the last boy for now is called Ivor he is a half Norse and when I found him he was standing over 5 dead adult raiders and continued to follow me but he doesn't speak if he doesn't want to and he just stares at people that it for now son

As I woke up to banging on my door I got up with only a wolf pelt pair of pants and I opened the door what do you want this early in the morning as I finally opened my eyes and saw the kids my dad was talking about with 5 shield maidens and I asked why are u just standing there get in as the women went inside and the boys just stood their

Conversation About Recruiting Potentially
As both Ivor and Evior looked at each other and asked why are you building an army and why are you here by ur self training so hard so Young and what is ur end goal for ur goals as they both said that at the same time
As I answered both of them, my goal is to surpass my dad and build my own army within his army, and make an army full of beasts that scare people enough to think 20 times before attacking us, and to become a shadow, King somewhere in the world

The Ranking System will be like a war band but with different titles and anybody can challenge for their rank but if you hold ur rank for at least 3 years straight nobody can challenge you for ur position anymore
As the three listen they didn't understand why the challenge for ranks was a part of it and why for 3 years

Jasper explained it to the other two it is for everybody to earn their spot and get experience and to also show all members why you hold the position you hold and to also help everybody in the group stay sharp and help new members gain experience from anybody but what are the ranking names
It will be a pack dynamic with enforcers and elders, etc and it will be different roles that everybody will have and be trained for, and some people might hold more rank than others, you can also take somebody's rank within 3 years, and the higher ur rank the more years you will have to accept all challenges from anybody in the army
Jasper speaks up so if we were to join ur army where would we start at and what would we be trained in and what role would we take up
Evior speaks I would like to join ur army ur building from what I've been listening to, you already have a goal, and you know what you want to build all you need is loyal men to start building this army

Okay since you would like to know you will be a recruit just like them, in my army, you will need to be retrained and retaught everything you knew, and you will need the strength and skill to join my family and me in great wars and even greater raids

Evior in the future you will be a Berserk so I need you to train in dual axes and learn to throw spears with deadly accuracy and learn the sword and hand-to-hand combat and you will lead the Beserkers you will train them in ur ways to
Ivor, I will need you to master dual short swords and learn about poison and throwing daggers, and hand-to-hand combat and you will be the leader of the bloody wolves you will train them in all ur ways and they will follow you
Jasper, I need you to master the skill of stealth and tracking, and hunting, so you can train the Hunters and master the sword, and Axe spear, bow, and arrow that's going to be ur group you lead in the future and train
