Chapter 103 - Chapter 103 To those not his equals, he offered no respect.

To those not his equals, he offered no respect.

'Doflamingo, if you get in my way I'll kill you.' After the threat he cut the call. 'Find them—fast.'

He wouldn't waste another second.

Kaido transformed into a dragon and soared out of Wano Country.

Doflamingo stared at the phone now buzzing with a dial tone.

Veins throbbed across his forehead.

'Kaido…' he hissed the name through clenched teeth.

Rage shot sky-high,

yet fear gripped him.

Just the thought of competing with Kaido of the Beasts made his scalp crawl—he really could die.

But he couldn't bring himself to give up the Ope-Ope no Mi.

If only he hadn't made that call—he'd kicked himself and felt like vomiting blood.

'Fine—then no one gets it.'

Doflamingo hardened his heart.

If he couldn't beat Kaido, he'd muddy the waters completely; it was his only chance.

'Spread the word at once: the Sun and Moon Pirates have the Ope-Ope no Mi, and it can perform the Immortality Surgery. Let's see if the other monsters take an interest.'

…Only a few hours had passed since the battle.

Every major newspaper had the story, pouring all their resources—and the World Government's largest paper—into printing and distribution.

News of Kevin's death

raced across the Grand Line and toward the four Blues at the fastest speed possible.

Whitebeard Pirates.

'Pop! We just got word: several Marine Admirals cornered Kevin on Sabaody Archipelago.'

Marco rushed over, waving the paper, shouting in shock.

'How many?'

Pirates scattered around the deck instantly gathered.

They stared at the front page: a photo of Aokiji, Kizaru, and Akainu closing in on Kevin.

'Those three brats,' Whitebeard narrowed his eyes—he knew them well: three formidable Admirals.

'Three Admirals joining forces just for Kevin—the Marines are ruthless,' Whitebeard sighed.

He had sailed the seas for decades.

Never had he received such 'treatment.'

And he never wanted to.

'Kevin's finished. Three Admirals together—he'll be obliterated in an instant, no question.'

"Inevitably."

"The battle should be over in a few minutes."

"Sigh."

Marco and the other cadres looked at Kevin's photo with various expressions; he should be dead by now, but the news hadn't arrived yet.

....

"I said the first half wouldn't be easy, and sure enough, he's going to die in the first half." Whitebeard shook his head.

It was as expected.

He's dead.

After a while longer, a Newspaper Companies bird flew over the Whitebeard Pirates, dropping off newspapers.

"Kevin is dead! It wasn't just three Admirals; Admiral Zephyr also came! It was four Admirals!"

"The Marines are crazy! To deal with Kevin, they sent out four Admirals. That's unprecedented."

"Isn't that making a mountain out of a molehill?!"

Marco looked at the newspaper, utterly astonished: "No! This isn't making a mountain out of a molehill. With four of them teaming up, Kevin still almost killed Zephyr and heavily wounded Akainu. The battle lasted several hours before he was defeated."

"What?!"

Whitebeard snatched the newspaper.

He stared incredulously at the battle details, as well as Zephyr's tragic photo and Akainu's blood-soaked picture.

Other Newspaper Companies wouldn't give the Marines face; they reported the truth.

Some newspapers even claimed: Kevin was already the Strongest Man of the sea; even if he died, he was the strongest before his death.

"What a terrifying fellow. Surrounded by four, he could still achieve this much." Whitebeard sighed. No one had ever done this before, nor had anyone experienced such a siege.

Suddenly, Marco pointed to the bottom of the newspaper: "Pops, look, the Marines publicly announced that in a hundred days, a Seven Warlords of the Sea institution will be established at the place where Kevin died."

Whitebeard frowned.

Is it true?

"The Marines are too ruthless; they want to completely trample everything about Kevin underfoot." Anyone who heard this would feel it was too much.

Trampling on his grave.

There is no greater humiliation than this.

On the Tomorrow.

Having just arrived at Fish-Man Island, they couldn't receive newspapers, but Shaki had channels to get the contents of the sea newspapers, so Kevin naturally got it too.

"In a hundred days!"

His eyes held bone-chilling coldness. 7.
