Everyone seated around the dining table, who hadn't even taken their first bite, stared at the head of the table.
There, Lynsandra was calmly enjoying a cup of coffee, taking a sip after dropping a bombshell on all of them.
Her eyelashes fluttered slowly as her gaze shifted across everyone around the table. At the moment, there were two empty seats: Elias's seat and Severin's.
But she didn't dwell on it.
She knew this information was better relayed to them now.
"On the next full moon, I'll be announcing my engagement," she continued firmly, with no trace of hesitation in her eyes. "Thank you all for participating in this arrangement."
Lynsandra pushed herself up, placing a hand on the table.
"All of you are amazing men and will be compensated accordingly. That is all. You may pack your things as soon as you wish. However, my doors will close the day before the full moon."
