Third Person POV
A fierce anger ignited inside Elena's heart.
But it wasn't ordinary anger—it was something darker, something monstrous, as if a beast buried deep within her had finally awakened.
She slowly stood up, feeling her strength returning little by little. Yet as her power grew, her connection to everything around her began to fade.
The pain disappeared.
The tears stopped.
Even the ache in her chest was gone.
Only rage remained.
She clenched her fists, and a burning heat gathered in her eyes—blazing with fury.
"I will kill all of you…"
She was no longer herself.
The anger and agony that had filled her heart completely consumed her, swallowing her in darkness. Her eyes turned pale and lifeless, and her terrifying form returned.
The Elena standing before them now was someone no one could recognize.
Her body slowly rose from the ground as her long hair hung loose, brushing against the floor. She lifted her gaze toward her brother, who stood there grinning.
Then Elena screamed.
It was a piercing, thunderous scream that unleashed a violent gust of wind strong enough to nearly knock Eron off his feet.
The man staggered in shock.
Everyone in the room recoiled in fear.
Elena raised her hands—and suddenly, the objects around them began to float.
Gasps filled the room as the men stared in horror at the impossible sight. But their fear deepened when Elena herself slowly appeared among them—hovering in midair.
Even Eron could not hide his shock.
"Elena…" he muttered.
She looked at him, tilting her head slightly.
In the blink of an eye, she appeared right in front of him.
Her hand shot out and wrapped tightly around his throat.
Eron struggled against her grip, staring directly into the blazing fury burning in his sister's eyes.
He fought back—until he noticed the black smoke slowly seeping out of Elena's body.
The dark smoke drifted toward him and forced its way into his mouth.
Instantly, he began to suffocate.
Veins bulged across his neck and face, spreading rapidly until his eyes turned completely black.
Then Elena released him.
His lifeless body collapsed into the corner of the room—his mouth hanging open as insects crawled out from between his lips.
Eron's men staggered backward when Elena turned her gaze toward them.
Her feet touched the floor, and she began walking toward them.
"D-don't… don't come any closer!" they shouted in terror.
But Elena didn't hear them.
She kept walking until she stood directly in front of them.
Her stare alone was enough to freeze them with fear.
Slowly, she lifted her hands.
Suddenly, eight men were lifted off the ground, suspended helplessly in the air.
Elena clenched her fists.
The men immediately gasped for breath.
It felt as if invisible hands were crushing their throats. Pain shot through their necks as blood began spilling from their mouths.
One by one, their eyes turned black.
Then Elena lowered her hands.
The eight bodies dropped to the floor—lifeless, mouths wide open as cockroaches and worms crawled out.
Elena was about to walk away when another man suddenly fired a gun at her.
The bullet passed straight through her body.
In the next instant, she appeared directly in front of him.
Her long fingers plunged into his stomach.
Her movements were merciless, digging deeper until the man vomited blood.
She let him fall.
Elena stared at her blood-covered fingers.
As if possessed, she slowly licked the blood from them.
For the first time, she tasted the vengeance she had long desired.
Luis and Jam stood frozen in shock.
When Elena turned her gaze toward them, neither of them could move.
Jam's knees trembled as Elena began walking closer.
Luis quickly raised his gun and aimed it at her.
"D-don't come any closer," he warned, though the fear in his voice was obvious.
Elena stopped right in front of them.
Their fear only grew when she suddenly held something out.
"Take it," she commanded.
Jam stepped back, shaking his head, before grabbing Luis's arm.
"S-she told you to take it," he whispered.
"Why me?" Luis whispered back irritably.
They both gasped when Elena suddenly returned to her normal appearance.
She no longer looked like a monster.
But tears were silently streaming down her face.
Luis looked down at the object in her palm.
A ring.
"Give this to Carlos…" Elena said through her tears.
Luis carefully took the ring, his hands trembling.
"I'll save him," she continued, her voice breaking. Then she looked directly into his eyes.
"…Tell him that I love him very much."
The moment those words left her lips, Elena slowly vanished into the air.
Luis and Jam stood there in stunned silence until the distant sound of approaching police sirens finally reached their ears.
---
Meanwhile, Elena suddenly appeared in front of Lola Rosa—the elderly woman who had once given Carlos the ring.
Lola Rosa already knew everything.
She wasn't surprised by the young woman's sudden appearance.
Elena burst into tears, and the old woman immediately pulled her into a warm embrace.
"Are you certain about this?" Lola Rosa asked gently.
"I love him," Elena replied softly.
"That's the price you must pay," the old woman said sadly. "Once you give Carlos that ring, all your memories of him will disappear. You will no longer recognize him… and you won't feel anything for him anymore."
She cupped Elena's face and wiped away her tears.
"And more importantly," she continued quietly, "once you truly give him the ring… the chances of you waking up again will become very small."
She paused.
"You might… never wake up."
Despite knowing the fate waiting for her, Elena smiled.
"I'm willing to die again… as long as he survives."
Lola Rosa gave a sorrowful smile and embraced her tightly.

Meanwhile, chaos erupted among the nurses when they noticed Elena's pulse growing weaker.
Doctors rushed into the room, trying desperately to save her.
The doctor's eyes widened in alarm when the monitor began to flatline and the oxygen levels in her body dropped rapidly.
And while Carlos's pulse and breathing were slowly returning in the hospital…
Elena was slowly fading away.
