As Tsunade listened to the Sage's gentle and joyful voice, she immediately knew that it was definitely 'retaliating' against Naruto for refusing the contract invitation.
Thinking this, Tsunade couldn't help but secretly grumble in her heart, I didn't expect the Sage to be so petty.
