But when I arrived, it turned out Mendicore had already come out from his small portal which was far from my right side.
"I know you use that usual trick to deceive me, right? Try to be more creative, Johann!" Mendicore slightly mocked me.
"Aaahhh... you can joke now too! This time I will be serious until I can catch you!"
"Come on Johaannn... defeat Mendicore as soon as possibleee...!!!" Sherubiel encouraged me.
I then focused threw the sphere exactly towards Mendicore teleporting. This was indeed not easy because the this ball had a few seconds delay while Mendicore could summon portals instantly. I always failed to approach it because it moved so fast instantly. I observed Mendicore's teleportation distance was quite close, around just more than 1 meter. Could it be because it created portals instantly, the distance also became shorter? I understood why using the usual trick didn't work. I had to be able to read its movements. I kept throwing it towards Mendicore while observing the right moment where I could predict its teleportation direction.
At the right moment according to my instinct, I threw to one point and Mendicore with its reflex also teleported towards the point I locked. When it arrived, I had already there for fraction of a second earlier and immediately held its disc body. Mendicore immediately froze still and I smiled widely because I succeeded in winning this game. But suddenly, its disc body quickly dispersed into yellow light dust. I was immediately shocked.
Whaaatt...??? So during the game I was only chasing Mendicore's illusion...??? I immediately turned my body towards Sherubiel to ask where Mendicore was. But from behind Sherubiel, it suddenly appeared in front of me.
"I'm truly impressed you can master that ball in just one day, Johann! For me that is enough to survive in almost any situation. Congratulations you passed the final test!" said Mendicore calmly.
I closed my eyes, took a deep breath and dropped my body onto the grass field accompanied by the gentle breeze. I already suspected that Mendicore itself, as the most powerful artificial intelligence tool, would use that trick so I would not truly win. But the most important thing was I could already master the Bous Ball. They also laid down by my sides. I smiled again seeing their behavior which became more similar to humans.
For some time, we lay on the grass field until I almost fell asleep. Suddenly, my stomach started growling quite loudly which could be heard by them.
"Let's go home and cook together again, Johann!" said Sherubiel immediately getting up.
I nodded. Mendicore automatically created a portal to our house yard. After coming out, we were surprised by the sight of a go-kart parked. Glynpatra and Gruzhnil who were sitting on the porch bench chatting as if they had been waiting for us for quite a long time. Glynpatra immediately stood up and showed an elating face when we arrived, as did Gruzhnil. I immediately ran a little towards them.
"Forgive us Princess and Commander for making you wait for us too long! I should have informed first before we all left..." I said with a slightly guilty tone.
"Johann... No need to be that stiff! Instead we should apologize for disturbing your leisure time. I only wanted to give a surprise visit because I had promised to visit you three. Besides we did not wait too long here." Glynpatra smiled.

We began to enjoy the dishes brought from the palace in our dining room. But in the middle while chewing the food, I suddenly felt there was one thing that should be here. I actually wanted Hellraider to be able to sit with us here while having lunch together.
"Oh yes... I have an interesting story before we arrived here..." said Gruzhnil after swallowing his food. We immediately looked at him. Meanwhile Glynpatra covered her mouth and immediately turned her gaze away from Gruzhnil. I guessed this interesting story was closely related to Glynpatra.
"We went to Sir Hellraider's house first to deliver a food box to him as well. Suddenly Princess Glynpatra wanted to give it directly to him. When he opened the door and saw the Princess, he immediately took it and closed the door again without saying a single word. When she turned her body, her face immediately turned red. Then she ran towards me and lightly punched my chest while shouting softly. I only smiled but laughed in my mind, hahahaaa...." Gruzhnil laughed.
"Uncleee... don't laugh at it like thattt...!!! I'm embarrassed in front of themmmm...!!!" Glynpatra's face turned red again and she covered her face with both arms. I and Sherubiel also laughed hearing her funny story who became awkward after interacting with Hellraider. I'm sure she had feelings for him.
"Commander, I want to ask you. Tomorrow is the anniversary celebration day of the Grivendal empire. Will you invite Sir Hellraider to come as well?" I said trying to confirm. Gruzhnil seemed to think for a moment. Glynpatra looked at him full of hope.
"It seems for now he can be invited to a crowded area, although indeed he will be different from others. I will try to invite him." said Gruzhnil.
I was very happy to hear it. In my opinion Hellraider still deserves the chance to mingle with others. I hoped his humanity which had once been lost would quickly recover again.
