"It has been an interesting day with all of you here and now I am able to tell your level of control to your element. We are all of the fire element so we must get long together. Also, it is advisable that you all join the fire faction as soon as possible. You will get to learn much more from there than what I teach you in classes. I will communicate with your class rep so that we can arrange for you all to join the fire faction.
"You are dismissed," Madam Sarah said and they all appeared dead beat having been under the sun all this time. They were also hungry and it was only a few minutes before lunchtime came to pass. They had been waiting for her to finally finish and release them and color slowly returned to their faces as they all broke to a sprint.
Madam Sarah watched the class rep and his deputy lead the others in the sprint and she could not help but shake her head. The two had not even waited for her to give them further instructions on how the process of joining the fire faction was going to take place. That was going to be included when they met.

The two chefs were about to close the doors when they heard oncoming thuds. They looked at each other confused and it did not take long for them to realize that there were students approaching. They could not understand it but it was not long before they saw Madam Sarah make an appearance.
"I happened to delay my students today I hope that you will not torment them. torment them," she said and the two chefs looked at each other before they clasped their hands.
"We knew that something was wrong today because we did not see our favorite duo. Are they such cuties…"
"Ooh sister, I want to see them every time…"
The two did not even realize when Madam Sarah left and it was the approaching footsteps that brought them back and their faces lit up when they saw their two 'cuties' leading the way. From the look of things, there was no stopping them and the two chefs could only get out of the way or else they would be run over under a stampede.
They pushed the doors wide open and disappeared into the kitchen as the fire element group made way through the door and each took seats wherever they willed. Lyren and Julian had a fetish over the seats they had been kicked out of and that was where they were sitting and food was served.
They did not bother to check what it was that they were eating and they downed their meal as they knew that they had an important agenda to fulfil. Julian was a fast eater but he had not seen someone who ate as fast as Lyren when he chose to be fast. By the time he was halfway, Lyren was about to finish his food and when he finished, Lyren was rubbing his belly that had protruded slightly.
The two left the dining hall and they did not even notice that the others were not even halfway done. They had to look for their class teacher and the reason was very simple actually. When the two broke into a sprint, they had felt glares on their backs and it was obvious that they had ignored the class teacher.
It was highly likely that she had wanted to stop them but they had not even felt any danger but now that they were full, they could feel the danger now. They were the ones going to find he so this time, she had the upper hand.
"Okay, now that we are going to look for Madam Sarah, do you know where we can find her?" Julian asked and they stopped on their heels.
"Now that you spoke about it, we still do not know the full structure of the academy. I guess it is a taboo in this academy to ask for directions," Lyren said and they appeared to be thoughtful for a while.
Their eyes lit up and they all charged towards the ne direction that they knew they had the greatest chance of finding her. They were in luck because they were heading towards the faction's regions and for the first time, heaven was on their side. They saw her heading towards the fire faction and they almost called her name out loud.
They ran to that direction and caught up with her while out of breath. She was just walking but they were having a hard time to catch up with her. This was the gap between realms. If someone did not want you to catch them, even a normal walk could appear as though they were fading through the horizon.
The only reason they had caught up with her was because she had entered the office of the fire faction. They stood at the entrance panting before they steadied their breaths and knocked on the door. It felt like forever as they waited for her permission to come in and they failed to read the sign at the top.
PATRON OF THE FIRE FACTION'S OFFICE
"Come in," the familiar voice came from the other side and they took a deep breath and walked in. They wore humble and innocent looks that even Mada Sarah acknowledged.
"Ma'am, we are here," Lyren said without looking at her in the eye.
Julian was looking at the walls and the various trophies on it. there were photographs on them of various ceremonies. Some included students being given awards and others were of various elders sparring with students. he did not fail to notice the black cupboard that had every trophy place on it. Up above dangling on the ceiling was a candle chandelier. Very convenient for a fire element user. Madam Sarah appeared to be going through some documents and she finally gave them attention and she clasped her hands on the table.
"I have seen that the two of you are very talented students but I will not tolerate mischief in my class. You are the representatives of the teacher in the class and I expect you to be role models to the rest. This is why I am going to punish you for the crimes you have committed," she said and they two felt shivers when she looked at them.
"I plan to have you clean the pavement that leads from the amphitheater to the dorms branch. This punishment will go on for a whole week. You are good role models and your peers will learn from you and they will not make such mistakes in the future," she said sternly. Her voice did not allow for any complaints and those words were final. The two were going to sweep the path for a whole week.
"Yes ma'am," they said in unison and they turned to leave when cold sweat matted on their backs, their legs giving way and their necks turning back involuntarily.
"Did I give you permission to leave?" She asked. Her voice was cold despite the fact that she was supposed to be a fire cultivator. They swallowed hard and turned slowly again. There was something about the two of them that whenever they turned to a neutral look, they appeared to be playing the cute act.
She saw through it and it appeared that they were somehow innocent and instead, a bad reaction had taken place and the two had ended up in the same mix up. The result was that two very good boys were now in the midst of being labeled the naughty kids by the academy. They could not be separated because that was no longer possible. It would only make the reaction worse…
