I didn't let go of Kayden, not even for a second, as the song ended and another started playing. I kept my hand locked in his as I led him away from the railing and toward the glass doors of the master suite.
I pushed the door open and pulled him inside into the dimly lit room, the scent of expensive linen and sea salt suddenly replaced by his sweet scent of orchid.
"Mmm, you smell amazing," I groaned, burying my face in the crook of his neck and inhaling deeply.
I pinned him against the wall before he could even think about speaking or moving, keeping him trapped right where I wanted him.
My hands found his waist, fingers digging into the fabric of his shirt to pull him flush against me until there wasn't a single inch of air left between us.
I kissed him as my life depended on that very second.
Our lips moved in a slow, agonizing rhythm at first—his teeth grazing my lower lip in a way that made my vision blur. Then, my restraint snapped.
