Hikari no Kuro (Black of Light)

When violence corners her in a dead-end alley, Kuro sees her. Not a victim, not a ghost, but someone worth pulling back from the edge. Even if the calm he wears stops holding.

It took me months not just to come up with the idea, but to revise it, rebuild it, and finally learn how to… well… write. :)


Starting with my style, my word choices, my grammar—even just having a clear vision for the story I wanted to tell—it all took so much time.


Trial and error pretty much sums it all up.


If I'm being honest? I never thought I'd upload any of this. It began as an idea years ago—started in hope, then set aside when life grew heavier than I knew how to carry. But lately, I decided to pour all my love back into it.
