Laurel stared at Tina, baffled by how she had entered the truck without being noticed. She slowly massaged her temple.
"But I told you earlier that you can't come with me. I thought we had an agreement?" Laurel furrowed her brows to let Tina know she was really mad.
Tina lowered her head, staring at her from under her lashes. "I just wanted to make sure you are safe… and I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to see what the world looks like now." She held her hands behind her while drawing circles on the ground with her right leg.
Alexander walked forward to her. "This is not funny Tina, something bad could have happened to you."
He turned to one of the soldiers. "Take her back home." He ordered.
Tina's lips wobbled. "But I don't want to go back."
"You don't have a choice. You are going back! And when I return back, I'll give you a befitting punishment." Alexander's angry voice thundered through the air.
