It was a trade agreement between the Cooter Clan and the Brimgan Empire, where the Cooter Clan would supply them with medicines to aid in the construction of their Human Avatars while the Brimgan Empire would supply them with precious minerals that could be turned into powerful Spirit Pools.
After the Cooter Clan's Dralh Sea branch got destroyed by the Celestial Boar, this trade agreement became null. And once the Mystic Humans gained control over the Dralh Sea, a new agreement was put in place.
The Mystic Humans would supply the Brimgan Empire with Parute Fruits. And in response, the Brimgan Empire will send them refined Tratham.
