After thinking for a moment, Gideon looked at Percy.
"Percy, contact your colleagues and ask them for everything they know about this aberrant. Maybe they have newer information. And yes, we'll need to get rid of it eventually, but first we need to gather as much information as possible."
He pointed toward the monitor displaying the field of Pyrovour Borealis. "In the meantime, make the area around it a prohibited zone if possible. And I want constant observation of the surrounding region. Keep monitoring it, Percy."
He paused for a second before adding what he believed was the most important possibility.
"Because if someone deliberately placed those Grave Flowers there, then there's a chance they'll come back. And if they do, they might try to destroy the evidence before we have a chance to deal with it ourselves or some poor guy that gets stranded will try to destroy that thing."
Everyone in the room nodded. The reasoning was simple enough for them to understand immediately.
