After stepping off the train, the platform at King's Cross was alive with voices, laughter, and reunions.
Lucien stood calmly beside Akeno, with Penelope and Angelina close by, greeting those who approached him one after another.
He first greeted Hermione's parents, speaking politely and answering their questions with ease.
Then he turned to Cassandra Vole's mother, followed by Daphne's mother, each greeting delivered with quiet respect.
When Katie and Clara's mother came forward, Lucien bowed slightly and exchanged a few warm words, earning proud smiles from both daughters.
He then noticed Cho Chang's mother nearby. Lucien greeted her politely, and the brief conversation left Cho standing just behind her, listening quietly, her expression soft.
A booming voice interrupted the calm.
"Ah! You must be Lucien!"
Lucien turned to see Amos Diggory, who immediately launched into enthusiastic praise of his son.
"Cedric's done brilliantly this year—top of everything, really!"
Lucien smiled lightly and replied,
"He did very well. Hogwarts is lucky to have him."
Amos beamed.
Moments later, the Weasley twins dragged someone forward.
"This is our mum!" they said in unison.
Molly Weasley looked at Lucien for only a second before gasping softly.
"Oh my goodness—aren't you just adorable!"
Before Lucien could react, Molly gently pinched his cheeks.
Lucien froze for half a heartbeat—then laughed softly, allowing it.
Nearby, Ginny Weasley peeked at him from behind her mother, cheeks red, eyes wide. Lucien noticed her and offered a gentle smile.
"Hello," he said kindly.
Ginny turned crimson.
Lucien then greeted Susan's aunt, Amelia Bones. Amelia kept her expression composed, but the faint red creeping up her ears betrayed her.
Next came Narcissa Black, Evelyn's mother. She, too, maintained her elegance—but the blush on her face was unmistakable.
Lucien greeted both women calmly and respectfully, as if completely unaware of their reactions.
After the last farewell, Lucien turned to Akeno, Penelope, and Angelina.
Without lingering, the four of them left the station together—
heading home, the noise of King's Cross fading behind them.
