Chapter 13 - The Ivory Walkers

Ivory Walkers – Servants of the Abyss

From the deepest abysses of Hell they rise – the Ivory Walkers, beings capable of independent thought, yet serving their sinister master, whom they reverently call "Father," unconditionally. Their bodies are of ivory-colored hardness, a skeletal structure that nonetheless exudes power and cruelty. They are not merely monsters, but living instruments of the Abyss, created to spread terror and disrupt the mortal order.

Each member of this species is unique, yet some characteristics unite them all: endless rows of sharp, needle-like teeth, short, fan-like wings of bone and sword blades, crisscrossed by pulsating red veins that produce an ominous whirring sound, and the ability to levitate while their limbs move with impossible precision.

Their eyes, sometimes dozens of small, circular pupils, sometimes a single luminous eye, glow in the darkness and pierce even the darkest shadows.

Known examples of this species include:

Malcephar, the Voice of the Abyss – slender, 2 meters tall, with a hammerhead-like skull and a voice capable of subjugating humans and lesser beings alike. Even objects like stones or metal obey his words. His dozen glowing eyes pierce the darkness as his talons strike with razor-sharp precision.

Korzephar, the Horn of the Abyss – powerful brother, over 2 meters tall, four-armed, with a massive horn protruding from the back of his head. A warrior of immeasurable physical strength, capable of shattering an extremely thick wall with a single punch, a compression of air and energy building in his arms before the blow is delivered.

Velcephra, the Eye of the Abyss – younger sister, less than 2 meters tall. Her white ivory strands protrude from her back like mushrooms. With these strands, she seizes her victims, guides and manipulates them until they take on a whitish, ivory-like form and become her tools and eyes – a gruesome testament to the control her "father" grants her.

The Ivory Walker siblings were once four. But even the Abyss no longer speaks of the fourth.

Ivory Walkers live in groups, hunting humans and other creatures, and feeding on flesh. They are not only physical threats but also manifestations of cosmic horror—incomprehensible, alien, yet full of precise, calculating cruelty. Those who encounter them quickly realize that hell itself breathes through them, and that their "father" lurks behind their every move.
