While Okita Souji was reporting the situation to Sirzechs, Abel looked at the sky, deep in thought.
How long have I been gone? Vali, how are you being beaten by Issei? Also... who gave Issei a buff?
Abel noticed Azazel smiling nearby, then he leaned over. "Old man, what did you say to Issei?"
After all, Issei was no longer the Oppai Dragon, so talking about shrinking Oppai made no sense.
Azazel spread his hands, his face still wearing that cunning smile. "Oh my, what could I have done? Maybe Issei himself unleashed his potential."
"I believe you, but what exactly did you say to get Issei so hyped up?"
"Cough cough! I just said that Vali would delete Yuuto, Gasper and Genshirou's memories about him."
In the sky, Vali dodged Issei's attacks, while Issei pursued him relentlessly.

Issei's power was rising, and a green aura shot up into the sky. Then, he punched Vali to the ground and both of them landed.
Witnessing this scene, everyone held their breath, as such a battle was a rare sight. Even Sirzechs was somewhat anticipating the upcoming developments.
Vali looked at Issei. "Interesting! You are indeed worthy of becoming my rival! Issei! You are worthy of witnessing Juggernaut Drive!"
Albion nodded. "Indeed, let Ddraig see the difference between us."
Hearing Vali's words, Issei hadn't said anything yet when Ddraig said first, "Issei, give up."
"Why? I'll avoid his edge!"
Facing Ddraig's suggestion to surrender, Issei refused.
If he gave up now, how could he comquer him?
Seeing Issei's expression, Ddraig shook his head and then said to Vali, "Hey, host of Albion, go easy on him later."
"Don't worry, I'll hold back. I'm looking forward to his growth." Vali said.
He spread his hands and began to chant the Juggernaut Drive incantation.
"I, who is about to awaken, am the White Dragon Emperor who will take the law down to the darkness!"
"I walk the road of domination with infinite destruction and by piercing through the imaginary dream!"
"I shall become a pure Emperor of White Dragon and I shall have you obey the silvery-white illusions and the perfect evil ways!"
As the incantation was chanted, Vali emitted a dazzling light, accompanied by blue lightning around him.
His head elongated, transforming into a dragon head. His hands also transformed into dragon claws.
Issei gulped as he looked at Vali in Juggernaut Drive. The matter of conquest could be put aside for now. He couldn't handle the current situation.

"So this is Juggernaut Drive, it truly is powerful."

Abel looked at Bikou. "Alright, once Vali knocks out Issei, you can leave."
