Chapter 137 - Base Location

While Abel was contemplating, Saeko observed the man who would occupy her life from now on. Compared to Shizuka's carefree nature, she had considered much more.

What was this world? Did that mean there was another world?

Saeko's curiosity was piqued.

So, her Master came to her world from another world?

If so, he was even more powerful than she had imagined. However, if he didn't mention it, as a subordinate, she shouldn't ask.

This was also the rule for women of the Busujima family. Obey your man's words, and don't ask too many questions.

Abel said, "Saeko, Shizuka."

"Coming, Master."

Hearing Abel call her, Shizuka stopped her magic games and ran over.

Meanwhile, Saeko's expression was serious, and she asked earnestly, "Master, what are your orders?"

Looking at the serious Saeko and the somewhat clumsy Shizuka, Abel smiled. "No need to be so serious. I wanted to ask if there's any place that could serve as a base? I plan to establish a cross-world teleportation array."

Saeko asked, "Are there any requirements?"

"No special requirements, just that it needs to be habitable. Other arrangements can be made later."

Saeko nodded, indicating she understood.

Could she also go to her Master's world?

"Um... Master, after we settle down, can I go see your world?"

"I want to go too." Shizuka raised her hand and said.

"Of course, you can even stay long-term, but don't forget to save your own world." Abel nodded.

"Understood."

Hearing Abel's reply, Saeko felt relieved, and even more, joyful.

However, the immediate priority now was to choose a base.

Saeko began to think, and Shizuka also tilted her head, placing her index finger on her lips in thought.

After a while, Saeko spoke, "Master, I know a place we can go."

"Tell me about it."

"A few kilometers from the school, in the suburbs, there's a dojo belonging to my family. Currently, due to it being school hours, the dojo isn't accepting new students. Also, because it's in the outskirts, there aren't many people around, so this place would be a good base."

After Saeko finished speaking, Abel looked at Shizuka. "What about you?"

"Hehe, I also know a place."

Shizuka put her hands on her hips, then continued, "My friend's house. She's a special police officer, you know. And her house even has guns."

Both places were good, but Abel leaned more towards the Busujima Dojo. This way, they could expand outwards with the Busujima Dojo as the center.

However, they still had to go to Rika's place first. After all, the guns and that Hummer were quite good. And of course, he could save a little girl along the way.

"Both are good, but I prefer the Busujima Dojo. Of course, we'll go to your friend's house first to see if there are any firearms. You won't need them, but they'll be very useful later when establishing the base."

As Abel finished speaking, neither of them had any objections.

At this moment, a breeze carried a hint of blood.

The three of them had been exposed to the sun for a while, and the only intact area around them was beneath Abel's feet.

At the same time, the surrounding zombies were gradually approaching.

Watching the increasing number of zombies, Abel turned to Saeko and asked, "Saeko, do you need to unleash yourself?"

Saeko was startled. It felt as if she was completely exposed, with no secrets to hide.

Had her bloodthirsty side been discovered? Will Master dislike her?

Abel's words made Saeko feel a bit helpless, as if her undesirable side had been magnified.

Seeing Saeko's helpless appearance, Abel merely smiled. He came to Saeko's side and whispered, "Don't worry, I will accept Saeko no matter what you're like. Besides, you don't need to follow human moral standards. After all, we are devils."

Saeko's heart warmed upon hearing Abel's words, and her initial helplessness gradually dissipated.

Yes, she was a devil now. Why should she suppress herself?

Thinking this, Saeko resolved her inner conflict, and her aura changed. The desire for bloodlust surged within her, she could hardly wait to unleash it.

A katana appeared in Abel's hand. He placed it in Saeko's hand and gently stroked her face. "Go, my dear devil, fight for me."

Saeko's face flushed slightly. She rubbed her face against Abel's palm, then turned to look at the horde of zombies below.

Saeko caressed the long in her hand with infatuation. "Let Master see a different Saeko."

Saeko charged into the zombie horde. The blade in her hand gleamed with cold light, and each swing took away the life of a group of zombies.

Shizuka excitedly rubbed her hands. "Wow! Saeko, I'll help you!"

Shizuka was not to be outdone. As she utilized the magical knowledge in her mind, a yellow magic circle appeared, followed by streaks of fireballs rushing towards the zombies.

The zombies were scorched by flames all over, and after a few steps, they fell to the ground.

Before long, the surrounding zombies were almost completely cleared. Abel was very satisfied with this. He hadn't expected that the zombies killed by Saeko and Shizuka would also become part of his Undead Legion.

"Master."

"Master!"

Saeko and Shizuka ran over, seeking praise.

Abel's lips curved slightly. "Well done. Now, let's figure out how to get to Shizuka's friend's house and then gather the survivors."
