Those like Nian and Ling, who disliked restraint, were not restricted in their movements. Shu, who was more settled, was assigned by Talulah to a department related to agricultural production. As for Dusk, she simply stayed holed up in a side hall of the palace.
After settling these matters, An Xora first used the Shadow Guard's teleportation to make a quick trip to the Ursus tundra, granting blessings to the Doctor. He then brought Talulah to the One Punch Man world, where Mobius performed a Fusion Warrior surgery on Talulah.
The fusion materials consisted of An Xora's genes and a specially prepared retrogressive red dragon gene developed by Mobius.
The procedure went extremely smoothly. Mobius's retrogressive red dragon gene had exceptionally high compatibility with Talulah to begin with, and An Xora's genes further stabilized the process. The fusion showed no abnormalities whatsoever. Combined with Mobius's mature techniques, failure was practically impossible.
"How do you feel?" An Xora asked as Talulah emerged from the operating room.
"It feels like being reborn," Talulah replied.
Previously, she already considered herself powerful—her full-force strikes could shatter the walls of Fort St. George, and a casual blow could destroy a large Lungmen estate.
But now, after undergoing the Fusion Warrior surgery An Xora had mentioned, she felt terrifyingly strong. By her own estimation, without deliberately restraining herself, a casual strike could level an entire district. The temperature of her flames and her control over them had improved drastically.
If she were to face Fort St. George's walls again, a mere wave of her hand would reduce them to ash. To be bolder still, a full-powered strike could likely annihilate the entire fortress.
"That's a normal level of improvement," Mobius said calmly as she stepped out as well. "Your current strength is roughly on par with that little white dog your master brought last time. Your destructive power is higher, while her survivability and endurance surpass yours."
"Now then, the Fusion Warrior surgery is complete. I still have several experiments to conduct, so I won't be accompanying you further."
Thanks to the One Punch Man world's excellent research environment, Mobius kept her schedule packed every day. Setting aside a few hours for Talulah's surgery meant she'd have to work overtime afterward.
Fortunately, Fusion Warriors were absurdly durable. Otherwise, with Mobius's workload, an ordinary researcher would have died from overwork in days.

Yet the users themselves were often no stronger than ordinary humans, creating a fascinating contradiction.
If power systems could be said to be 'lopsided,' then Stand users were lopsided to the extreme—yet this only made them more valuable as research subjects in Mobius's eyes.
As for the demon gods of Genshin Impact and the gods of KonoSuba, they were secondary interests. Mobius already possessed divine blood from Hestia that An Xora had brought back from the DanMachi world earlier.
Her interest in them now was mainly for comparative experiments—the priority was far below that of Stand users.
"So," Mobius said with a smile, "could I trouble my dear master to collect some experimental materials for me?"
"Sure," An Xora replied after a moment's thought.
He was also somewhat interested in the JoJo world, though he hadn't planned to visit personally just yet. That said, he could always create an avatar to handle the work.
Coincidentally, it was also the day the shop refreshed. He decided to head to the JoJo world first and see whether the discount section offered any suitable abilities for creating a new avatar.

After sending Talulah back to the Ark world, An Xora used the system's traversal function to arrive here.
Taking in the coastline and the bustling city streets not far away, An Xora released his senses.
In an instant, information from hundreds of kilometers around flooded into his mind, and he immediately realized where he was.
This was the setting of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Golden Wind.
"What a pity—it's not the Part 2 timeline," An Xora said regretfully.
Aside from Stands, the most valuable research subject in the JoJo world was undoubtedly Kars, the ultimate lifeform and final boss of Part 2.
Unfortunately, judging by the timeline, if events had already reached Golden Wind, then Kars had been drifting through space for decades—no one knew where he'd ended up.
