So… all that effort I went through—what was it for?
The Panda Sage stared at the empty space, lost in thought.
I just came here to show off…
But this Yuki Seisui… didn't even give him the chance.
"Damn brat!" the Panda Sage cursed.
"I'm leaving. Don't call me unless it's important!"
With that, the Panda Sage placed Seisui on the ground and stomped off.
As the Panda Sage departed, Seisui stood up, feeling somewhat recovered. He clapped his hands and vanished from the area.
His body was still weak—it would be better to rest for a couple of days among the Panda clan.
During his recuperation, the name Ghost of the Konoha spread like wildfire throughout the ninja world.
A newcomer, wielding the legendary Mangekyo Sharingan, had single-handedly slain the strongest Kazekage of the Sunagakure and driven their ninja army back home.
He even reshaped the terrain, creating a sheer cliff stretching for dozens of kilometers.
And the most terrifying part? He did it alone. No one helped him. Simply put… unbelievable.
Thus, the name spread alongside the retreating Sand ninjas.
Even Chiyo had played a small part, making sure the Third Kazekage didn't seem too dishonored.
"The Sunagakure keeps going backwards, doesn't it?"
Ohnoki scowled as he looked at the report.
Just a Mangekyo Sharingan, and they're scared to death? The Third Kazekage is gone…
"Truly embarrassing for the Five Great Ninja Villages!"
He remembered being beaten by Madara Uchiha as a child and having studied the Sharingan and the Uchiha clan for years.
He concluded that Madara's Mangekyo was a completely different level from a normal person's.
But… this is terrifying. Ohnoki stared at the report describing the cliff spanning dozens of kilometers, a hint of unease in his eyes.
Although he spoke of the Sunagakure's shame, only he knew what he truly felt.
Ghost of the Konoha?
He snorted. Compared to Madara Uchiha, no ninja deserves the title of Ghost!
Meanwhile, at the ninja camp, the Third Raikage glanced at the report, laughed, and turned to the young Raikage, A.
"Looks like you'll have to train even harder!"
"That little brat who defeated you twice…"
"He's made quite a name for himself!"
"Ghost of the Konoha!"
"Huh?" A blinked, leaned over, and examined the report.
"Damn… I need to train twice as hard today!"
Just a glance at the report had spurred him into action. He dashed out, inspired—and a little intimidated.
"That's one terrifying kid," the Third Raikage muttered, showing a hint of respect.
"If I remember correctly, that little girl also possesses the Mangekyo Sharingan, right?"
Konoha…
Meanwhile, Jiraiya leaned against Sarutobi Hiruzen's desk.
"Old man, what are we going to do about this?"
"Why are you hiding things from me?!" Hiruzen rubbed his temples in frustration.
"I'm just trying to keep Danzo from causing trouble," Jiraiya replied, self-righteous.
"And what trouble could he cause?" Hiruzen sighed.
"Danzo is behaving—for now."
"I'm still worried," Jiraiya shook his head, arms crossed. "I know how much he hates the Uchiha."
Just then, Danzo kicked open the Hokage's office door and stormed in.
"Monkey, so this is the heir to the Will of Fire?!"
He slammed the report on Yuki Seisui onto the desk, fuming at Hiruzen.
"He actually possesses the Mangekyo Sharingan!"
"Do you know what that means?!"
"He's a naturally evil Uchiha brat!"
"Damn brat… I knew something was off!"
"Just looking at him makes me sick!"
"An evil Uchiha after all!"
Danzo's tirade left Hiruzen speechless. He glanced at Jiraiya and realized… the kid had actually played him.
"Danzo, calm down," Hiruzen tapped the desk.
"Calm down?" Danzo snorted. "How am I supposed to calm down?"
"He's a naturally evil Uchiha brat!"
"And he awakened the Mangekyo!"
"Add in the granddaughter of that old Uchiha, Setsuna… the Uchiha now have two Mangekyo!"
"I already knew!" Hiruzen said calmly.
Danzo instinctively nodded but realized mid-sentence that Hiruzen's words carried weight.
"You already knew?"
"Yes." Hiruzen nodded.
He trusted Jiraiya's report about Seisui's Mangekyo.
Jiraiya had told him not to make it public.
Damn brat… he even tricked me into fooling the old man.
When Seisui reached the Panda clan, he had informed Jiraiya of his situation through Uchiha Haru and Minato.
Hence Jiraiya's conversation with Hiruzen.
Hiruzen had no objection to Seisui possessing the Mangekyo.
He didn't question how he obtained it, and was even pleased Seisui had the Uchiha bloodline.
Konoha had never experienced the Nine-Tails Incident. The Uchiha were slightly unpopular, but Hiruzen never wanted to eradicate them.
Instead, he always worked to reduce the gap between the Uchiha and the village.
Now, with Seisui appearing suddenly, his character and Will of Fire were recognized, and as the next Hokage, he could finally bridge the divide.
It was a perfect solution.
In the Uchiha clan territory, Uchiha Setsuna also had the information.
Ninja cats spread across the world—the Uchiha intelligence network was not to be underestimated.
Slamming the report on the table, Setsuna headed to the Uchiha Hino household.
His shock was real.
That brat he had always disliked… also possessed the Mangekyo.
And the fame he had achieved was impressive.
Madara Uchiha had the title Ghost of the Uchiha. Seisui had earned Ghost of the Konoha.
Both wielded the Mangekyo Sharingan.
Setsuna approached the Hino household and placed the report on the table, glaring seriously at Uchiha Hino.
Hino glanced at the report, uninterested. He had clearly received the intelligence.
"What do you want?"
"Your grandson-in-law earned the same title as Madara-sama. Aren't you going to celebrate?" Setsuna asked, grinning.
Hino's expression was sardonic.
Setsuna laughed heartily: "Hahaha! I see you're just jealous of my grandson-in-law!"
"Look how precise my judgment was—straight to a Mangekyo."
Old man, weren't you just keeping him as a pet before? Now you change your mind so quickly?
Seeing Hino remain silent, Setsuna calmly poured himself a cup of tea.
"Love what you like."
"Huh?" Hino looked puzzled.
"I mean… if the younger generation likes someone, let them love."
Setsuna blew the froth on the tea cup.
"That's what I told Haru back then."
"Didn't expect it… both granddaughter and grandson-in-law are capable."
"Annoying, isn't it?"
